Lublin 3 Posted May 11, 2009 I purchased my Bushnell Trophy red dot from Optics Planet on eBay. Very smooth/quick transaction and I love the red dot.

Maksim 1,504 Posted May 18, 2009 Hmmm I didn't see this when it was first posted.. I have to find a site for the 22a, what to get? :? for the 22a, you got to make sure you get a sight that is a true adjustable weaver mount, as the 22a has the indents in it for the screw... I have a red dot on mine... http://www.shoptics.com/to-rs-pdp2mo.html but no longer avail, http://www.shoptics.com/to-rd-bkrd30.html is basicly the same, but just black. Maksim 1,504 Posted May 18, 2009 Take that back. This is what I have.... but this one is black. http://www.shoptics.com/to-rd-pdp2.html
tgz13 0 Posted May 19, 2009 Take that back. This is what I have.... but this one is black.http://www.shoptics.com/to-rd-pdp2.html That looks like it would work nice.. does it come with the mount? Any modifications needed to make it fit the 22A? I know people often complain about the fact that their sites need some adjusting in order to fit. Maksim 1,504 Posted May 19, 2009 That says it comes with everything you need. Because the rings are adjustable, you can just fit them on with no issues. The cheaper red dots that have a fixed base dont work all the time. This one works like a charm.

tgz13 0 Posted June 3, 2009 Just an FYI.. The banner now gets redirected straight to shoptics.com, it no longer goes to the discounted site page. I went to go look for the Tasco Red Dot, and found it was the same price as the link I have saved
Maksim 1,504 Posted June 3, 2009 Yes, it goes straight to shoptics. Same prices, same place. They OpticsPlanet just has 4 or 5 different webstores that they use.

I kind of figured that, just thought the link was supposed to go to a discount page or something like that.
remthewanderer 0 Posted June 3, 2009 If I purchase something from this site how does NJ gun forums get credit?
Maksim 1,504 Posted June 3, 2009 we are an affiliate of shoptics/opticsplanet. So any purchases on there that come from njgf, we make a few percent.
remthewanderer 0 Posted June 3, 2009 But how? All I did was go to the main site.
kenw 293 Posted June 3, 2009 If you look at the link, there's a passthrough page that logs our ID into the affiliate system, and probably creates a cookie whose ID is passed to anything you order so the affiliate can be properly credited.
