Sights & Trigger Carbine 1 6/6/20 in Bethlehem, PA

Recommended Posts

I just booked in for the carbine class - It's about time I learned to run it properly. See you guys there.

I'm on standby for the pistol class this Saturday too.

ETA: I just looked it up and it's just down the road from EFGA, right? That's only 45 minutes from my house!

Warrior Sized is the correct nomenclature!

It was wet, but it was a good day.

And now - the aftermath of cleaning and drying gear:

You do realize HE is vertically challenged — I’m sure you met all of him today

I'll not be disrespectful to HE. He out shot me handily today.

I'm sure it would have been closer if I didn't repeatedly drop my mags on the ground in the middle of an exercise.

Nothing disresectful about it — if I had thought HE would have taken that comment badly I would never have posted it

It would be disrespectful for me, having only met him for the first time today, to agree with you.

I didn't mean that you were disrespectful, only that it would have been if I'd said it.

As anyone who has met me knows - I have pretty thick skin and am pretty easygoing. I can take a joke - AND - I can give it back. :D No disrespect given or taken. All good folks!!!

I haven’t been shooting as much as I would like, it felt really good to get back into it yesterday. It was a good class with awesome people. It felt good to push myself with my red dot and wring out my G45 (first time I have shot the gun other than a function check when I first got it). I have a lot to work on to knock the rust off.

Stu, you handled the mag issue with tiddlywink spirit. I would have been cursing my head off in frustration. Great shooting with you!

    • We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind! Lets see if I got this right…    If a dude pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.    Somehow it’s Un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.    Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegal Mexicans voting in our elections are good.    It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it's an impeachable offense if the President inquires about it.    Twenty is too young to drink a beer, but eighteen is old enough to vote.    People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.   This after 250,000 white union soldiers died to free the slaves and the subsequent freed slaves had already been given 40 acres and a mule to stimulate their life of freedom.    Inflammatory rhetoric is outrageous, but harassing conservative people in restaurants is virtuous.    People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for useless degrees.    Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you'd better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.    Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate Central-American gang-banger who jumps the southern fence is welcome.    $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for 'free' health care is not.    If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.    People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.    We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, and it seems like a great plan to us.    Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.    Criminals are catch-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.    And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!   These are available:
    • You guys were a ton of fun. And I think I dropped more mags then anyone. Stupid fat hands and G34 extended release, ripped that out! Looking forward to carbine 1.
