If we don't join these protests, we are no different than the sheep and we deserve to get what we got. A Hair salon in parsippany is opening June 1st Be There! Be at every one of these that occur in you part of the stste! If you know of  one post it and BE THERE! That's what we need to do to stop this bullsh!t.

Enough whining "when Will the range open" Well they're open are you happy about the ridiculous terms? Step Up! Be There! Be heard! Be Loud!

New Jersey hairdressers, barbers unite to send message to Gov. Phil Murphy

VERONA — Hairdressers found themselves in a tough spot at Verona Park on Wednesday, trying to maintain the proper social distance while standing united as they called on Gov. Phil Murphy to allow them to reopen.

Clad in industry black, about 200 hairdressers from around the state gathered at noon in a park meadow for what organizers called a "photoshoot" — not a protest—since mass gatherings are banned under the current State of Emergency.

There were no speeches, and really only one message from the hairdressers as they tried to stay 6 feet apart while Essex County Sheriff's officers looked on: We are ready to reopen with new sanitary protocols in place. 

"We have to go back. For the owners, there's no unemployment," said Ann Marie Nardone, the owner of Portray Salon in Montclair. "We're losing a lot of money. We'll abide by any guidelines, but we need to go back to work." 

"Enough is enough," said Tricia DiFranco, the owner of Hilights Salon in Lyndhurst who during the shutdown put together the NJ Salon and Spa Coalition on Facebook. DiFranco, who employs 30 people at her salon, said she used to do $120,000 in business a month. "Now it's zero," she said.
