YankeeSC 1,204 Posted May 25, 2020 They're talking about significant layoffs here in CHS, so good luck with that ...
AlDente67 563 Posted May 25, 2020 Boeing laid off many of their best engineers and brought on "diversity" employees (per their own website) as a cost saving measure. Then the 737 Max was designed by guys who are better suited to riding bikes stocked with bananas. And of course the planes began to fall out of the sky. Literally. They blamed sensor problems, and the eyewitnesses reported that the damn planes split in half a mile before the crash site. And the luggage all over the countryside backs that up. No airline has placed much in the way of new plane orders lately because they know the situation. Boeing getting to Mars is on par with hitting a 750 yard hole in one while sitting in a wheelchair.
JackDaWack 2,894 Posted May 25, 2020 Beat me to it.. Boeing is in no shape right now to be throwing shade at SpaceX.. And as always Musk trolls the shit outta him. I never really liked Elon much until as of late... the guy is... well he doesn't hold back thats for sure.
Displaced Texan 11,654 Posted May 25, 2020 I’m not a fan of Musk either, but his tweet in response to Boeing was awesome!

Handyman 5,682 Posted May 26, 2020 Mars? After the 737 BS I'm not sure I'd trust Boeing to get from NJ to Florida.
