Range question

Has anyone shot at Shore Shot Pistol Range in Lakewood?

They have a deal right now on membership and was wondering how it was being no range I can find is open.

Was wondering how it was and worth a membership

Last time I was there about 2006, Tiny was R/O. He passed now. Joined Central Jersey. didn't look back!  I would go to the old Brick Armory on Oberlin ave. Across cedar bridge from sure shot.

I'm still anti SS from many years ago when they either flat out lied to me or showed complete ignorance to the law. 

The other place in Lakewood just changed names again. I was there a year or two ago. Nice enough place, bit still indoor only.

If your budget can handle it I'd strongly suggest looking into Old Bridge or Central Jersey. I'm a member of CJ, we don't know when the next new member orientation will be yet.

I did not want to be completely negative, But I would never step foot in SS again!!!

I use to be a member at SS many years ago. I never renewed my membership because the people working the counter back then were pricks. That was a long time ago however, at least 10 years, so it might be different now.

Also, back then you couldn't shoot rifle caliber ammo unless shooting frangible because their backstop was not rated for it.
