PLEASE support Goya brand foods!

Recommended Posts

Here is an interesting tidbit.  Just out of curiosity I googled "Goya competitor" to find out what company would profit the most from a Goya boycott. Any guesses?

As it turns out, Goya's main competitor is Del Monte.  Do you know who owns a boat load of their stock and holds positions within the company.  If you guessed Paul Pelosi, Nancy's hubby, you guessed correct.  Mr P owns $17 million in Del Monte stock, and StarKist (a Del Monte division) is a major league donor to Nancy's political machine.

The pelosi-del monte story goes way back to when del monte hired paramilitary to clear natives out of ancestral lands in American Samoa so the company could grow some pineapples.

Article goes after Goya, most of the comments I read all support Goya, as most of us did.

I tried to find an email address for the author of the anti Goya article to thank her for her inadvertent support of Goya Foods!

Yanno, that kind of thinking could be the foundation for a "girlcot"  I dunno, that's retarded.  An un-boycot, a reverse boycot.   Make a couter attack on the left with economic warfare.  Buy Goya to protect the company from an assault led by socialists.

Buycott?

Whatever you call it, support Goya.

These things almost always go well for the target of the boycott.  A couple years ago in California, some Democrat called for boycott of In and Out burger-because they made contribution to Republicans.  No mention that they also made contribution to Democrats.  After the boycott came out in the news, you couldn't get near an In and Out, they were packed, lines out the door.

I don't think they could've got a better return if they spent that money in advertising.  If I owned a company, I'd donate to Trump or Republicans and let the liberals know to push a boycott.  It's cheap advertising.

I actually didn’t realize they produce a lot of stuff we buy from other brands.  Ended up with a pile of Goya products in my cart on Monday.  So, going forward, I’ll start there, then get the other stuff I need.

There was another person at the White House that day that gave an epic speech.  Told of how he came here as a young kid and built a business and that his story could only happen in America.  Will post if I can find it.

Well, this whole boycott failed massively by the Dems, AOC gets an award!

Goya CEO Names AOC "Employee Of The Month" After Boycott Resulted In Soaring Sales

In what has turned out to be a spectacular backfire, Goya Foods and president CEO Bob Unanue revealed that progressive icon Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat, has been named "Employee of the Month" because sales erupted after calls for a boycott.

Unanue accepted an invitation in July to the White House by President Trump to promote a program directed at assisting the Hispanic American community. Accepting the invitation was risky enough for the CEO as he went one step further and praised the president.

Liberals went bonkers after Unanue's comments about the president. Social justice warriors took to social media and called for Goya's boycott.

YT has been pretty good about not taking down CPAC speaker videos.  Except for Bob Unanue's.  They are gone baby, gone.  Only one was found on YT, not posted by a mainstream source but an unknown who sped up the recording 25% to fool YT's automated censoring software, the same software they use to detect copyright infringement based on audio.  If you pull up the video, and slow it down by 25%, it plays back normally.

Yahoo and its obvious bias is a joke! Notice the title: "...CEO Bizarrely Says Trump is Still The 'Actual President"..." as though it's so incredibly shocking that people might deny a newly elected President... EVEN THOUGH WE SAW NOTHING BUT THAT for the prior 4 years!!! Here's just one of the many sympathetically written articles published by Yahoo about the "#notmypresident" movement that was birthed almost immediately after Trump's election:

[Title]: "After Trump victory, ‘not my president’ becomes liberal rallying cry" - https://www.yahoo.com/news/after-trump-victory-not-my-president-becomes-liberal-rallying-cry-155948405.html  - and here's a quote: "Many liberal and moderate Americans, who had joyfully anticipated Hillary Clinton shattering the glass ceiling as the first woman president, took to Twitter to lament that the nation elected a man they consider to be singularly unsuited for the role of commander in chief.

So, Trump supporters not accepting a Biden presidency are labelled "bizarre" - but Clinton supporters not accepting Trump were... what?... just decent Americans 'lamenting" an election loss? Ummm... yeah, OK, Yahoo. Got it! Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Hence my butthurt thread.  It's hysterical to read these articles from so called "journalists."
