Selling handgun ammo from Georgia to New Jersey resident

So Im selling ammo on gun broker and someone from NJ bought it. Do I just need to see their permit and drivers licenses to sell it to them? Im not a business just a private seller it it makes a difference.

when we sell hand gun ammo to each other . We usually ask for FID card and DL just to cover our ass.

Uniform Commercial Code states that the buyer takes title F.O.B. shipping point. He may have a problem but you don't.

Well if your just going to see it, what's the point? Unless you both exchange information I don't see the point.

I thought the UCC pertained to business transactions. This is a private sale.

If you're selling something, it IS a business transaction.
