RDS FOR TROY A4

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

Just picked up a Troy A4 “other firearm” and was interested in RDS. Looking for recommendations from

forum members.

Thanks,

Congrats on the purchase. I have a Holosun 510C on my "other firearm" as I prefer more than just a small dot. I have Astigmatism issues, so I find that prism sights work best. I have a Primary Arms GLX 2X prism scope on order.

I put the holosun 510c on mine.

Nice photography!

That sight looks a little low - you may want to get a riser for it.

I first used my Holosun HS507C on mine but it was too low to get a good sight picture or cheek weld.

I switched to a Vortex Crossfire and it's at a proper height now.  Much easier to bring on target.

Yea I discovered that 1st time at the range. Luckily Holosun makes a small riser plate that brings it up to lower 1/3 witness height. I just didn’t take a pic of it
