Rob0115 1,105 Posted August 14, 2020 From what I just read on ARFCOM was the 9th circuit court has overturned that ban. Which organizations around here have the capability of moving a lawsuit forward in NJ now that there is some precedent. I am willing to donate to liberate my brothers and sisters here in NJ. How can this CA get this right and has NJ even tried? Here's a link. https://apnews.com/11a1e49886a3143f2db3fbf5b10c5069?utm_source=Twitter&utm_campaign=SocialFlow&utm_medium=AP I should clearly state the obvious IANAL and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. In fact I drank way too much, didn't sleep well and have a hangover. And if you were wondering, yes I'm doing it again tonight because it's Friday and I'm in a good mood.
Zeus2112 2 Posted August 14, 2020 I'd like to think that this could be possible here, but nothing in this state works the way it should and does elsewhere. But i'm hoping!

fslater 62 Posted August 17, 2020 Lets say the NJ appellate sides with the state. If two federal appellate courts render conflicting decisions, isn't SCOUTS constitutionally required to intervene?
