I don't understand your question.  Federal is a manufacturer.  What website are you trying to order from?

Federal does sell direct. But they don't ship to NJ.

Why, because they don't want the headache of dealing with NJ's BS, and they don't need to.

You will find an abundance of places that won’t ship to joisey. It’s getting worse since gerbil and gopher took the throne
