Federal XM855FL Greentip 5.56 - Still Legal in NJ?

Hi,

I saw it mentioned in an older NJGF thread (from 2018) that 5.56 greentip was legal in NJ.  I can find anything to the contrary subsequent to that date.  Does anyone know the current status?  I visited a LGS (out of state) that had some availability of 5.56 in this version and was considering picking up some.
