Jason Sims 1 Posted November 15, 2020 WTS NJ Compliant 16in upper that has been welded and pinned. Includes a 9mm adapter that allows you to use Glock mags with the upper. That way you don’t need a designated lower. I believe the upper is custom made by Palmetto State Armory. It’s been awhile since I bought it. Hardly used this. I just had to focus my 9mm info pistol training. Angle sights, BCG, and CH included.
