Here's the take on the ruling from The (Huffington Post-owned) Patch:
https://patch.com/new-jersey/riverdell/s/ijep6/court-strikes-down-njs-new-concealedcarry-law
The article implies that the entire law has been enjoined.
Surprisingly, most of the 200+ comments are pro-2A. Of course there are ones calling us "ammosexual" gun fetishists.

Really love my 92F at 8 o'clock (I'm a lefty). Keep a round in the chamber but with the 92F's excellent safety on. Worked great in the car, when that was legal...

I have no idea why, but it looks like the case was dismissed on the 15th:

However, this one is still live, and looks promising:

The plaintiffs on 12/8 ask for a status meeting in January, partly because
... counsel understand that New Jersey’s legislature is currently considering legislation that could impact the restrictions on Mr. Francisco’s license ...
I'm hoping that this means they'll include the new carry-killer law (when enacted) in the lawsuit.

Bank check != money order. My bank offers both -- I opted for the "personal money order". They work the same way, but they are different. As M1152 points out, not using a money order gives them a chance to deny you, if they choose to be picky.

I have seen that people keep track of when the MO was cashed so I asked how I can check that. I was told that I cannot see that information, it is only possible with a cashiers check.
You made the same mistake that I did -- not going to a USPS branch to get the MO, which is trackable.
EDIT: I can't track my bank-issued MO either.

I thought the exact same thing while qualifying. OTOH I'd have to be blindfolded to miss the paper with my 92F that I've had for 34 years...
