  1. Thanks.  Checked , Sportsman outdoor super store , nobody has them. Trying to buy local ,dealt with and like the vendors on here. Lowest price so far is $675+nics+tax. Just seems kinda high to me for a no frills AR??  Especially after seeing them at the black Friday sale ( couldn't make it ) at Heritage guild for $589

  2. Looking to get a S&W M&P15  Sport. Going to keep it as-is for now , and use it for some general plinking. Was looking for anybody to chime in on how they like theirs. Are there different magazines that work better? From what I've read they eat up any ammo you use. And what kind of price should I expect to pay? I've been getting prices that  seem pretty high. What are you guy's paying? Any help ,opinions would be appreciated. Thanks to all.

  3. Hello to everyone, I want to go for the non-NJ resident CCW course.I went on Guns For Hire website and it didn't have the Florida CCW course, there are Utah courses on their calendar but I couldn't find the Fla. course? Do they still do the Florida CCW course? Or is Utah the 'new' course? Can you guys help? Whats the difference between the 2 courses? What exactly is involved in the Utah course? I'd like to sign up for the Utah course,(there's one next week)-can anyone please tell me whats involved from the start of the course till the end? Paperwork, range time,do I have to take any type of firearms safty class? Thanks to all

  4. Good show- 5 minutes from my summer house in Winona Lakes- picked up a NJ compilent Mossberg Ar-22 -$275.00 out the door, and 2 ''more'' SS Ruger 10/22's @ $299.00 out the door, tax, nics included- dealer was best one there, good prices etc. Told me he brought 8 AR-15's price was approx $900.00,sold them to another dealer before they even set up- Other a^^holes had USED beat to sh*t Bushmaster target 20'' for $2,999.00!!!!!!!!! .223 ammo was going from $18.00 for a box of 20!!!! and $700.00 for a case of 1,000- 9mm was $18.00 for 50 rds!!!- 20-30 rnd AR mags were going for $35 TO $45, USED $25

  5. Hey he was 75 when he he got his 3 PP's- 2 months in the hospital later ? -more shite' to worry about then a PP.... Anyway we went up before, guy says ''no go''- so we just handed him our forms, checks etc, for 4 more each-got an ''officer'' for a referance this time, so we'll see how long it takes- last wait was 6 months!!!!!!!

  6. my DPMS in 308 coupled with a cheap old leupold puts holes in/on holes.. and was pretty inexpensive to boot..

where you getting these from?? l'm in Bloomfield can't find any? Seen them online, auctions etc. but would like to ''hold'' one before l buy it....

  7. Was leaning to the 712 automatic,Cabela's has them for $399.00,up here now, going pheasant hunting one last time for the season on Saturday- $399 seems kind of cheap, althought I paid around $500 for my Mossberg 930 and never had any trouble, shoots any load you put in.Have enough o/u's and sxs's (for now anyway)

  8. Nice gun.Mossberg makes some decent guns.I got a 20 gauge thats over 20 years old,I beat the hell out it still works like new,and looks like new,it's now my sons gun,and a 12 gauge HD.The vests are nice, but the pouch for your belt are lower and easier to reach your shells, and get a LimbSaver Recoil Pad,everybody laughs at me when we go clay shooting, but after shooting a case of shells,my shoulder feels fine, plus I like that it gives you an extra inch, inch and half LOP. If you don't mind what did you pay for it?

  9. I'm not confused. What was confusing was that while I was at the gun show 10 different dealers all had different opinions on the legalities of buying a pistol grip pump out of state.I know semi-auto's are a no go with pistol grip, etc. I didn't know that buying a pistol grip pump out of NJ was no go.Thanks all for the lesson, and info, now I know.
