yeah.... Im not flashing shit at anyone. As a matter of fact, I'll keep all of my gun related documents as far away from my license as possible. Is anyone really going to hand their gun to an officer so he/she can clear it? Probably not doing that either. As far as im concerned i dont carry at all except for when i do everyday.

Alright, local PD sent to Middlesex County "last week". 9/6 - 10/26 is 50 days. So roughly 50 days and now we wait for middlesex.

Don't waste your money and time on this BS. I talk to the PD to warn people about, judge doesn't care and didnt tell anything reasonable. I am on 72 days since applying, some are over 100 days in this county, nothing.
There is every point of applying. It's at least to keep a record of oath breaking.

Most folks these days don't take their own personal integrity very seriously, and the lack of consequences for LEOs and RPOs violating their oaths just exacerbates an already unfortunate situation.
This is NJ. Government employees have no incentive to be conservative or stand for ANY value even slightly right of center.

My favorite part is when he says his sister flew, because hes a fucking moron and wouldn't be able to fly a cardboard box in his imagination. Second favorite part is when he said he had to map out his flights and needed to know where restricted airspace was. The difference is that by default airspace isn't restricted and so when mapping a trip with a firearm, i need to know where I CAN carry since default carry is now going to be restricted. I'm surprised no one said that. They keep asking him where CAN one carry and he keeps saying its not his job to tell you where you CAN. Ok, but you brought up so dumb airplane story which again default airspace ISN'T restricted. Fuck man, its like running through a maze blind for these dolts.

The Sheriff has Jurisdiction across his entire county and is said to be the Chief Law Enforcement Official of the county and having the ability to be the “Buffer” between the People and Government. While Upholding the rule of law for the government, the Sheriff also has the ability to uphold the Constitutional rights of the People to protect them from Government Over-reach on a Local, State and Federal Level.
In the PRNJ, the Chief LEO is the prosecutor. According to the state of NJ: Under New Jersey law, the county prosecutor functions as the chief law enforcement officer for the county. Each county prosecutor is charged with the obligation to use all reasonable and lawful diligence in the detection, arrest, indictment and conviction of people who violate the criminal laws of New Jersey.
Also in PRNJ, the prosecutor is appointed by the Governor.
What about in Florida where the department of agriculture issues permits?

One issue is they didn’t check any box on the restrictions list. Not sure if that’s good or bad, but the court order that came with it is a simple one-page document signed by the judge that says ‘blah blah is hereby issued a permit to carry a pistol’.
Thanks for all of the support to get me here! That backdate sounds like an admission of guilt. I hope strike force is on this. You won, but did you really? They still delayed the shit out of it. If we don't all win, none of us win.

Try to stay in compliance with the U.S. Constitution? Um, no. You shall stay in compliance with the U.S. Constitution. This guy is an idiot.

Guys, as per strike force lawyer, they're going to make an example of some admin eventually and that will set precedent when it comes to time frames and restrictions. We just have to wait. https://open.spotify.com/episode/21iFdQvL6ohXiRdFJslHdp?si=8rMNJcryTbmvuPH0eVmtYA&utm_source=copy-link

I called Middlesex Superior Court today, they gave me no useful information and would not provide a status on my application, all they wanted to do was get off the phone. In Middlesex, we have a problem. They have hundreds if not thousands of applications and there probably issuing 5 to 20 (estimated) maximum per week? We got a problem, I emailed strikeforce a second time with no response, I doubt they care.
They care. Listen to Anthony Colandros podcast. He feels like we do, but the lawyers with strike force need to do this carefully.

Well now you can carry your firearm and the required documents in a nice 1980s briefcase. Imagine that. Why even issue a "card" permit?

I wonder, of you show that you did the work to keep it secured and it's stolen, what consequences could you face? I put the universal locks on my leather bags and you would have to literally destroy them now to get it to them.
