if i decide to sell the weapon, will the shop price the gun or can i price it myself, i am really unaware of current ar-15 prices because of thje outbreak. Also any recommendations you can strongly back for a good upper reciever?

understood, thanks for the help, if it were you buy a completed NJ rifle, or just buy a lower and upper because i dont know much about upper and lower's in new jersey for ar-15's etc.

is that the only issue? the trigger on lowers can be changed right?

I believe the lower, its just a franklin armory lower. I dont really have the specifics verified yet, but im pretty sure it looks like a pistol brace, which is weird to throw with a 16 in barrel.

Also i live in swedesboro, 08085. I believe i have a few FFL's close to me

I believe the lower is a franklin arms lower with a pistol brace stock and i do not know the upper, but i think in new jersey you cant have a flash hider or anything that can be used for a suppressor correct? along with 10 round mag limit etc.

Hello fellow gun lovers. I have a confusing question. So my dad won a raffle at his job over in PA, but we reside in new jersey. Its an Ar-15 like gun with a pistol lower and a 16inch barrel, im confused on the steps it would take to get the gun into my name because he is gifting it to me for my birthday. I have my FiR card already finished and was wondering what steps i would need to legally bring the gun over to me. Thanks in advance
