If there was a burglar in my home all I would do is start up the chainsaw, if that wasn't enough to make him jump out of his shoes and out a window then I don't know what will.Do you keep your chainsaw in your night stand?
Nope, under the bed.

The grip frame is a little shorter on the 9M.If your looking for more than 10rds in NJ you would have to go with the 9M model and 15rd mags.well that sucks , been looking around and can't find the 9M any wheres.
PM sent.

You can consider the larger calibers, they come in 15rd or search the usual places on the net.May take a little time and effort but something will pop up eventually.

well if you need documented threats, just go through camden or newark one day. im certain tons of people will threaten your life. then just file 100 police reports and call the police every single time it happens. you will appear in front of the judge with multiple threats on your life.have thought about..
Hopefully the threat won't be carried out.

FNP-45 has a nice grip.

Colt Lawman
Taurus 617

Taurus has a lifetime warranty but they don't pay for shipping.I have a model 617 blue steel gun that has a really nice trigger pull fit and finish.Have shot less than 50 rounds so far which is not a lot but no problems.

This might not help much but I handled a lightly used DW 357 with the pistol pack a few months ago.Tried the action and it was very smooth and really light pull.

I have looked at some of the Sigmas new out of the box and found that the trigger pull varied on a few of them with some not bad and others somewhat heavy.Read that some have sent them back to S&W for a gritty trigger pull and they were smoothed out a bit.Spend some time do a google search and you will find a lot of info on the Sigmas.

With the hassle of the permit process when ready to buy a gun I usually put in for more than one permit.Wonder how that will work now if applying for multiple permits(if still allowed),will each permit be they dated months in advance?
Another well thought plan by New Jersey lawmakers to punish law abiding citizens.

What about a private handgun for handgun FTF trade is this possible,or would both need permits?

Try it in a neighborhood like that and you will still find yourself surrounded by the swat team.
