Yes they are.

I'm picking up 5 handguns but one set of serial number is missing a number i.e. instead of 12345 I wrote 1234 on the SP-015 & SP-016 forms, what is the proper procedure to fix this? I got the forms back, but I haven't picked up the guns just waiting for Monday to either call NJSP or local PD.
Thanks,
-
Try George Carell (610) 588-0199, he has built couple Bullseye guns for me. His prices are very good and he is a good guy to deal with.

Just an idea have you tried a local upholstry place for foam?
To be honest no, but believe or not that was going to be my next step.
By the way I do not know the model number, I looked all over the box to no avail, but here are the measurements for the bottom depth:
13 3/4" Width
35" Long
3 1/2" Thickness
Unless someone want to buy it....

The price for the foam is as much as the case itself ($175.00). Do you guys know of a place where it would be cheaper?
-
I have a Pelican rifle case that I bought from Acusport but it was molded for a SIG Rifle, I would like to replace the foam, where do you guys buy the foam from?

Subject: Information Update
Gentlemen/Ladies,
1. As you are all no doubt aware, N.I.C.s personnel do not ask a dealer the number of handguns being purchased during a particular transaction.
From this point forward when conducting your check, please advise NICS of transactions involving the sale of more than one handgun. Following this process will eliminate any violations by the dealer of sales of more than one handgun (same transaction).
2. As a reminder, the day of purchase of a handgun is not to be counted as day one of the thirty day period. The easiest rule of thumb to follow is "A day begun is a day done." Adherence to this will eliminate one handgun violations occuring as a result of a sale on the 29th day.
2. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012, THE THREE DAY GRACE PERIOD ALLOWED BY NICS FOR ANY HANDGUN TRANSACTION BEING ATTEMPTED ON THE 27TH THROUGH 29TH DAY, WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF ANOTHER HANDGUN TRANSACTION (EXEMPTIONS EXCLUDED) WILL CEASE. ANY BUYER ATTEMPTING TO BUY A HANDGUN WITHIN THAT THREE DAY PERIOD PRIOR TO THIRTY DAYS REQUIRED BY STATUTE WILL BE DENIED.

Early today I bought a one year membership and it will be worth every penny.

George (The gunsmith from PA) is a FFL holder, he can do the transfer and pin it at the same time.
-
Replied to your email. George is a full time gunsmith and has a full shop. He is about 30 minutes from Shongum.

Call George Carell at 610-588-0199 he'll probably do it on the fly. He is about 6 from exit 4 on 80 West. Make sure to tell him Eduardo sent you.
