    You do realize that all guns... new, used, privately purchased (up until a few months back), or store bought... all have the same info on the pistol permit?

     

    Please tell me where on the permit it shows capacity of magazines that lets NJSP or local L/E know you are in possession of 11-15 rounders. Even if they did... and follow me... YOU HAD 180 DAYS TO GET INTO COMPLIANCE! That is not probable cause. It would be laughed at, unless they had proof you likely still possessed those magazines past this previous Monday.

     

     

     

    They never got in my safe. That’s what the battle was really over. The media blitz was to make sure they didn’t come back. Dyfs called me daily trying to get me to open the safe. The police pulled over everyone of my family members every time they saw one for a while. Never wrote a ticket, never ran a DL. Just pulled em over, walked up to the window, poked their head in and let em go. (Intimidation)

    Just because Nappen wins before it even hits the courtroom doesn’t mean it’s not a win. No is known to do this because it doesnt set case law. A friend of mine was arrested for a collapsible stock in Salem county. (Ex-wife during divorce). He argued that its adjustable since it doesn’t fully collapse. The state dropped the charges before it went to court and returned the gun. That’s a win

    He said flat out I could sue but I’d be a target in that area the rest of my life. My family is all around this area so I didn’t.

    Details in this case if for another thread. Just stating that Nappen helped me a lot and never asked for any money. Only time it came up was when I was meeting with the nra and they were gonna pay

    It's not so much that he is getting paid, but how he goes about drumming up business.  Telling people that cops will be going door to door is unethical.  Then he doubles down with a Kristallnacht reference.  Very uncool.



    So you think people will send him money for this? No he makes money when nj charges someone

    So you mean to tell me Nappen wants to be paid for his work? Next thing you’ll say is his many staff members too. Or the buildings aren’t free, that’s there is travel expenses, student loans, utilities and for god sake profit. I mean I doubt everyone in here works for free. His daily practice keeps the ball rolling and he jumps on big cases constantly. There are a list of big cases he’s handled in nj.
