  1. From the site:

We are closing the Range for two

    days for maintenance while leaving

    our store open for sales!

RTSP takes great pride in our facility and you

deserve the best experience every time you

come to shoot. In an effort to maintain a high

level of excellence at our facility, we are closing

the range portion of RTSP on Feburary 27-28.

During that closure we will be painting,

    refinishing the ceilings, doing hardware

maintenance and lead removal. The store will be

open for firearms, ammo and accessory sales!

Thanks in advance for your understanding and

we apologize for any inconvenience that this

    may cause.

    See you at the range!

  2. I'm a female who started with a .40, I now have a 9mm and 22 as well. I like the 22 but wouldn't rest my life on it in terms of self defense. Most of my female friends prefer my 9, personally I am most comfortable with my 40. If your thinking a 22 revolver though I have to recommend the ruger single six with the conversion to 22mag its a nice gun.

  3. Went out to RTSP earlier today and it was great! Very clean, roomy and the staff is friendly to. I bought a membership and they even give a discount to fire/ems and pd. Definitely will be there at least twice a week.

Do you know if the discount is for volunteer fire or just paid?

    Thanks

  4. Hey, I recently acquired a Savage 1907, the serial matches that of a 1914 production. I haven't shot it yet, and was wondering does anyone know what exactly to check on something 98yrs old before shooting? I checked for cracks, inner barrel issues, firing pin condition, and gave it an overall cleaning.

Anyone else have one? Any advice?

    Thanks!

  5. I was there yesterday around 11:30 for about an hr and a half then went back around 3 until close There were no more then 4 ports used either time, most of the time just 2-3 in use myself included.

  6. Non Members are $20 per hour (if two share a port $20 for the first $10 for the second). The rentals that I saw were $10 but ammo must be purchased there for rentals (the ammo prices weren't bad though) Can't wait to go back!
