    Speaking to my neighbor today. He informed me of a 10% discount at Lowes and Home Depot for all vets.

     

    He showed his DD 217 wallet card ? I never got one, just a dd214. I was doing some googling and found they don't issue this 217 anymore (He's over 65).

     

    But I found this ? Would be easier than carrying around a dd214 to get 10% off lumber or big purchases

    yes, I'm hoping to make it on a regular basis with my new schedule. One quick clarification for PPC. On the last stage at the 25 yard line. When shooting right and left barricade, is it required to shoot strong hand right and then weak hand on the left?

     

    Or can I shoot it strong hand both sides supported ?

    I have a Beretta 92FS w/ 2 15 round mags, if anyone has 2 mags I can borrow. I will also bring my PX4 (I have enough mags for this)

     

    If its six shot per string with reload required...could I shoot six, change to other mag.shoot six. change back to original. etc ?

    While I was out, yesterday, my guide rod broke and shot out the front of the pistol. Has anybody else had this problem?

     

    Can I replace it with a Mil Spec. stainless 1911 guide rod?

     

    Yes, Mine broke. I got the CW accessories metal guide rod and a new barrel bushing. I am more than happy with this gun now

     

    I am still waiting on my replacement guide rod from ATI...Backordered at the time it broke months ago. They sent me a new barrel bushing and spring very quickly. But if I did not pick up the CW accessories rod it would still be down...I don't care enough to call and listen to the story
