1. Application type - Initial FID and 1 Permit 2. Police Department where you applied. Pennsauken 3. Name of teh person you dealt with at teh PD. Audrey but not 100% positive 4. Time taken to issue permit. 5 weeks to teh day 5. Documents required by teh PD (aside from teh standard application and teh mental health release form). None
