I went down to Ft. Dix Range 14 yesterday @ 8am..
Took along my neutered DPMS LR-308 and my Marlin Papoose for some fun..
met a guy from here at the range.. hence me signing up..
Rifle.. DPMS LR-308 (Desert Paint Scheme) with A3 and 16" Heavy Bbl and Miculek Brake..(pinned).. using MagPul PINNED 15 round LR20 Mags.. and a Nikon 4-12x40 BDC scope..
Range 14 has 15 tables @ 200 yards of fun.. $60 per year and just $3/hour..

Here is the 308 at 200 yards.. with cheap Brown Bear 145gr FMJ ammo..
The target is a reduced QIT target.. the HEAD is 5" wide for reference..
also shot my little AR500 3" diameter targets at both 100 and 200 yards..
got them off EB for $5 each (qty of 3 or more) from qualitytargets.. (you got to PM them and request AR500 steel.. not the std AP36 ones they sell...)
here is a 200 yard group with Hornady ammo.. (the circle is 4" diameter.. group measured to 1 5/8" ) which is SUB MOA for 200 yards..
Overall a great day..
Be going back out in 2 weeks with the new incoming DPMS 5.56 ORC I snagged for $570..
