I saw the date. The Bill View does not seem to work now. In any case here was the process: 2/8/2010 Introduced, Referred to Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee 2/8/2010 Reported out of Assembly Committee, 2nd Reading 2/25/2010 Assembly Floor Amendment Passed (Burzichelli) 3/15/2010 Passed by the Assembly (75-0-2) 3/15/2010 Received in the Senate, Referred to Senate Law and Public Safety Committee It seemed to have moved quickly at first but not sure why it stalled once it was referred on 03/15/2010. I will call the Senate on Monday to find out more details.

As subject states, NJ is proposing the creation of a Firearms Advisory Task Force. This could be a blessing to modernize and expedite the process or a curse which could make it more difficult...
