  1. I was looking at GFH and it is double the price. It's only $100 for the class and the paperwork @ PDS as opossed to $200 @ GFH. Once I am ready for more advance training I think GFH is the way to go they get great reviews.
  2. Has anyone ever used http://www.personaldefensesolutions.net/index.htm to complete there ccw class. If so what was your experience. Thanks
  3. Do they make 15rd Mag for this gun. If so were can I purchase them at?
  4. Is the truglo comparable to the Bushnell?
  5. Not rude at all. It’s my first AR and if I ever need to hunt down a squirrel or possum in the yard after dark I’m ready. Plus my 10 year old son thinks it cool.
  6. Im picking up my S&W M&P 15-22 later this week. I am looking for some recommendations on attachment goodies. I already know Im goning to purchase the grip/light combo. I also want to get a scope. Any thoughts on a scope that wont break the bank (max $100). Maybe something that good for day and night. Thanks Ron
  7. Thanks again all. I am just going to buy the complaintant one. I have submitted to the price request.
  8. Thanks for the help all. So if I purchased a verison of one of these guns that is not NJ compliant from the factory and made it NJ compliant that would be OK. I guess what I am saying is will I have any issues?
  9. Hey all, Am I legally able to purchase the following AR. Seems like a good price. http://www.sportsmansoutdoorsuperstore.com/products2.cfm/ID/84585/c/firearms/brand/SMITH%20AND%20WESSON If so what would I need to do to make it NJ legal. Thanks Ron
  10. So after much research and reading postings on the fourms I think I have a plan for my 3 permits. For the range - (cheaper to shoot) - Keep the Walther P22 or sell/trade it for a 9mm For Carry - Ruger LCR .38 or the .357 For HD/Range/Bad a** gun - S&W 686 or Ruger GP101 or Ruger SP101 What do you think?
  11. Hello all, I have a Walther P22 target, I’ve only shot it a hand full of times. However I dont like the extended barrel. I guess what Im asking is if there is a way to just remove the target piece or do I have to buy the conversion kit for $120. If I have to by the kit it may be cheaper to just sell or trade it for a non-target version or maybe a 9mm. Thanks Ron
  12. So I stopped by a local gun shop and took a look at a few of the recommend guns. The 3 I liked best were the Ruger .357 SP101 with 2", S&W .357 model 60 3" and the S&W .357 686 2". They all felt great in the hand. SP101 would be great for carrying. Too many to choose from my head hurts. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks Ron
