dealership located in Freehold, NJ AND I am a licensed Gun Dealer (FFL).

i joined the forum to give and receive info. on today's gun market, new product, and

just plain who's doing what in NJ.

i look forward to interacting with you, and if there is anything I can help you with

  3. If you contact Chief Mastronardy's office and politely ask for a status on your permit

and explain that you have a clean back round and just wanted to info on what 9if anything)

was holding up the approval - I'm sure you will get a reasonable response and just might get

    things going a little faster...........

    Good Luck!

  4. If you were charged with a crime (any crime, firearm related or not) and were either found

Not Guilty, or the charges were dropped/dismissed - you should apply to the prosecutor's

office where the original charges were filed and ask them to have your charges expunged.

This process will wipe the slate clean and remove any history of the event from your record.

I believe it is federal law that the process be Free of Charge if you were found to be innocent

    of any wrong doing.

Good Luck and let us know how you make out...............
