Hello all. My first post to a great site. I am receiving a ASM 1860 Army cap and ball pistol (the owner is deceased). I have a few questions. 1) Do I need to have a pistol permit for this? ( Or any other permit beside my FID) 2) Is it considered a replica? 3) Any idea on worth? 4) Why is this state so difficult? (Sorry had to say it) Thanks all.
