I recently purchased two used Ithaca 37 shotguns. One was nice, the other was a cheap beat up one I just got for the extra barrel. I took the barrel, dismantled the gun and sold all the spare parts on Ebay. Now I just have a bare receiver which I cant ebay since its the part that's considered the legal "gun".
Do you think a gun buyback in NJ buy this from me? They say they pay at least $50 for any gun even if its not working, no questions asked. Legally, the receiver with the serial # on it is the gun, its just.... missing a few accessories... I could make some money while at the same time highlighting how stupid buybacks are!
If not, anyone near Ewing NJ want to buy an Ithaca 37 receiver for like $10?
