Thanks everyone for your replies. I believe I have enough references to get this gun fitted right. LOP needs to be shortened, and as long as I am doing that, I might as well have it fully fitted to me. I should say, I am not a green beginner. I have been shooting a semi Benelli several times a month for a year, but I am new to O/U world. I can play around with the Benelli to get it to fit right, but the Browning O/U is a different animal, and needs a professional. Again, Thanks everyone.

I have seen several threads with fitters in Northern NJ. I am in Marlboro area, and do not want to travel that far if I don't need to. Was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a custom fitter around the shore, or Central Some other site area. I have a 625 Browning, and need to make sure it fits properly. Because I am a new shooter, and this is my 1st O/U, I need to get the fit right before I develop bad habits with this gun. Thanks.

I am looking for someone who is in a legal profession, and has gone thru the process themselves, or as an advocate for a client, to help me with the application process. I figure it may increase my chances, however slim, if I was to consult someone with experience. If you have information on what works best please let me know. I know it's almost impossible to get one, so if you do not have anything more than that to add then please do not respond. I need constructive input, and solid advice. Thanks in advance.
