  1. Good to have you on the team here! If you're just looking to shoot handguns and shotguns there's a place about 5-6 miles from the university on Princeton-Hightstown Rd. CRRC ...think the website is CRRC.org. It's members only but you can easily go through their process and become a member. Good luck!

  2. I watched it, it was entertaining. I DVR'ed the 3 nights so i could FF through all the commercials. Although i realize this is not accurate historically 100%. At least they didn't make the Patriots out to be terrorists, like common core history is now teaching the youth in public schools.

True story: they are now reaching kids that our founding fathers were just white devil slave masters that created the constitution and bill of rights to protect their wealth from the British crown. WTF!?!? How about they fought a bloody revolution to throw off tyranny and setup our new government to protect us from having to do it again??? I keeps saying: they have to villainize the founding fathers, and once that step is complete they can piecemeal strip out the parts of the constitution and bill of rights that protect our freedom and liberty!!

  3. One positive thing about the show is the fact that it shows how our forefathers were the citizens armed against an oppressive government. These days the antis want to turn the 2nd amendment into meaning standing militia as part of the government and disregard the fact that it really means we the people. Anything that shows citizens and arms in a positive light is a good thing in my opinion. What holds true across time is control the information, disarm the masses and make them think the government or regime will provide for you is a ploy as old as man. (Be it Romans,Nazis, communism or in this case the British).JMOP

I totally agree! Especially in one episode the colonists can't get their hands on any gun powder because the British government has bought it all making it near impossible for them to get any. Hmmm ...sound familiar??

  4. The only thing that would make sense is the buffer tube. There are two types that have different dimensions, milspec and commercial. You want to match the stock version to the tube type you have.

Probably that is what I had in the back of my head that made me question this. Thanks.

  5. The only thing really "Lefty" is the ejection port and forward assist. All the controls are like a righty gun. I don't mind the safety release, and since I've always shot righty ARs I am used to the mag release and charging handle being righty but I want to be able to charge and release the mag with my support hand and not have to move my trigger hand.

  6. I'm a newb to the AR. Just got my first earlier this month. I went with the Stag Arms Model 3L cause I'm a lefty. Now some of the reviews I've read and watched say "make sure you use milspec parts if you do any modifications."

I want to add an ambi charging handle and an ambi mag release.

I'm looking at the BCM GUNFIGHTER CHARG HNDL 556 AMBI and the Norgon ambi-catch.

I don't see "milspec" in their description so does that mean I can't use them?
