Looks like good prices. How do these compare to the Leupolds? I'm looking to purchase a Savage 220 and I need a decent scope to dress it with. I was thinking. About the Leupold VX-1 or VX-2

Do most people buy their shotguns just by feel or "blind" unless they know someone with a gun they are interested in?

Outdoor is fine as well. I thought I saw one in Randolph that rents shotguns but it was pretty limited.

Hello I'm looking to buy my first shotgun and before I do I would like to try some out. I'm looking for a range near Bergen County NJ that offers a decent selection of shotguns. I'm particularly interested in a Beretta Xtrema II or a Benelli Super Black Eagle II so I'd like for the range to have on or preferably both for rent. I'm not opposed to a drive (in PA or NY if necessary) to give them a go. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Sam
