  1. My thinking is, " this is what the dems are doing and their winning". If you want to vote for the 3rd party just to teach the rep party a lesson, go right ahead, your vote is your business and no one has a right to influence it. But if you do go that route then you shouldn't complain about the outcomes of election!

It's not about "teaching the rep party a lesson", it's about stopping the perpetual cycle of both parties being pimped out by wall street like whores and then steam rolling the American public.

  2. If you want to get rid of RINOs you do that during the primaries, not the general election. Don't forget, the worst RINO is better then the best lib. But again, it's not about getting incumbents out, history has proven time and again that a vote for 3rd party is a vote for your adversary.

Choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil. Voting for one of the main parties just continues to exacerbate the issue of a bought government. Your thinking is exactly how the government got the way it is.

  3. could we stand outside and offer more money for some of these guns while having the appropriate paperwork and id? like not on police property lol

I don't think there is any LEGAL reason why you cant, except maybe "loitering". But the police would likely kick you out as soon as the got wind of what you were doing. Then they arrest you for for all kinds of stupid "crimes" that have no basis for arrest.

  4. As others have said, totally agree.

I do not agree that you should have to be terminal, etc.

This really feeds into the notion that we are all special snowflakes and the world would be so much worse without our unique and wonderful presence.

Our lives are a blink. If you decide yours should be half a blink, so be it. I am not your judge and neither should anyone else be.

The notion of protecting someone from themselves is alien to me. We are each, ultimately, only responsible to and for ourselves.

But I am in the minority in that thought process.

    Ah well.

    Exactly this.

  5. Yeah... witch is rare from the dirtiest team, from the dirtiest city in the NFL. & they didn't win by much, especially considering Washington was running their back up QB.

    *Which

And I'd much rather have Cousins than RG-No legs. And Sheli Manning. And most of the other starting QBs in the league.

I'm pretty sure the reputation for dirtiest team in the league belongs to the 49ers now.

  6. Thanks but there is nothing there about BB guns. I have been on this site and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm asking if any body can find it for me. I'm not lazy but on a forklift most of the day.

A bb gun is treated the same as a rifle in NJ so the laws that apply for rifles apply for bb guns.

  7. "N.J.A.C. 13:54-1.7 Validity of firearms identification card and permit to purchase a handgun

    (a) A firearms purchaser identification card shall be valid until such time as the holder becomes subject to any of the disabilities set forth by law and this subchapter pertaining to an applicant's eligibility. Upon becoming subject to any of the disabilities set forth in this subchapter, the card shall be void and shall be returned to the Superintendent within five days.

    (b) A permit to purchase a handgun shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance and may be renewed by the issuing authority for good cause for an additional 90 days. In no event shall a permit to purchase a handgun be valid for more than 180 days from the date the permit was originally issued."

Granted the "expiration date" for these statutes as written was in 2012. Downloaded the pdf from the state website.

  8. Just to add to this for people that come across it later, I filed the paperwork for my FPID and some P2Ps in December and was fired a couple weeks after, been out of work since. Got a call in late May from the detective handling the paperwork saying he couldn't confirm my employment. Told him what happened. No issues.

  9. Dropped my prints off at the Gloucester Township police station in early January. Got a call in late May asking about my employer, didn't have one since I got fired about 2 weeks after I put in the original paper work. Officer said it would go to the Chiefs desk for signature. Went to the station last Thursday (7/24), was told everything would be ready Monday(7/28). Picked up the FPID and three P2P Monday afternoon.
