just raise each fee to $10,000 and be done with it. it will take years for the courts to rule against you and in the meantime you will have achieved your goal of disarming the non-criminals. let's see if "gun violence" goes down in new jersey then...

yes some time around the turn of the next century the way things have been going. everyone in this forum will be dead and buried when this one is resolved

i'm not sure this was ever missed. as far as i've lived in this stupid state bb guns have been considered firearms. if you bought a nice gammo or daisy pellet gun from gander mountain back in the day you've been a felon for many years now. congrats for just realizing it...
just do a basic search of this forum and you'll see results talking about nj classifying pellet and bb guns as firearms as far back as 2009...

i'll say this: for the courts (SC specifically) to have any credibility in the face of these obvious middle fingers from NY and NJ, it would be in their best interest to shut them down as soon as possible. i don't think there will be many delays here

well it's nice to see some of us not giving up and trying to fight the good fight. as for me, i caved a while ago. i did not email any of my representatives this time. no point. the gop ones are on my side already and the dem ones could not care less about me or my gun rights (they've basically responded to me with exactly that). an email won't change things. i never marched to trenton. no point, see above. i'd like someone to show me ONE single democrat who changed their vote on a gun bill due to "outrage". just one. i'll wait...
as for this bill, it will be struck down eventually, there's no doubt about that. but i wonder how long this will last. they'll intro another bill, and another one after that. this will be dragged on for literally years. i'll be dead before the mag capacity ban is overturned, for example. it's reality. and with the way the country is going, how long do you suppose the high court advantage will last?
it's dark times in these blue states. i've realized it for a while but only recently made peace with it. when that idiot in NY got reelected as governor with the utter lawlessness of that state (and was reelected easily), i realized there's no hope for this area. in my district we have josh gothheimer who will be my congressman for the rest of my life. oh we try and try to put ppl up against him, but there's zero chance he gets booted with the way the maps are drawn. and don't get me started on our two esteemed senators. one of them is an honest to God pedophile, and not only did HE win reelection easily, he managed to get his son elected as well. nj is a lost cause. we might get a gop governor here or there, but as for the legislature and US senate, there's no chance. none.
so what to do? just keep your head down and do what you have to do to keep yourself and your family safe until such a time as you: a) bail for greener (redder?) pastures b) die (lol) or c) get pinched on one of the myraid of new laws, in which case maybe our great governor will think of you the next time there's a covid outbreak and he needs to release prisoners into the general public in the interest of public safety and prison overcrowding...

who do you want to primary out? as far as i know every republican voted against this crap, and the dems are institutionalized. every one of them has a job for life if they want it, as do their families (see menendez)
3 hours ago, BigGuns said:Bad comparison. Only like 10% of voters came out in that primary where she won. The other 90% ended up with Buyer's Remorse.
yet she easily won reelection...

well he's a billionaire, so i'd imagine his deep pockets would outlast ours as it pertains to legal fees

the only thing i've learned since becoming a gun owner is that i should have been a lawyer.

It took all the pitchforks, tar& feathers the state could muster in what may be the most oppressive Era (covid mandates) and your tyrant gov still got re-elected. And how many legislators got flipped- 1-2 ? The number of pissed off 2A folk pales in comparison vs the entire state. Bruen is already the answer but here you are again with NJ trying to flaunt it. Lather rinse repeat.
this guy gets it. it doesn't work in nj, it doesn't work in ny, it doesn't work in california, doesnt work in hawaii, on and on. dem states are dem states forever, with VERY few exceptions.

i've said it before and i'll say it again. the only way to stop madness like this is to pass an amendment that hold lawmakers personally liable for legal fees resulting from laws they sponsor which are ruled unconstitutional. as it stands now, these ppl across the nation (but especially in ny ca and nj) pass any outlandish law they want knowing full well it won't pass scrutiny. they don't care though, because there are no repercussions for them. change that

find your own fkn citation or link i'm not doing work for you, especially since you don't seem to want to research any of this on your own. if you did, you'd discover that the nra basic handgun certification satisfies every such required training course pretty much nationwide for cc roadblock shenanigans
now i remember why i stopped trying to help ppl here

Go to the NRA site and look for pistol certification classes near you. That satisfies everything and is cheap

what's different? looks exactly the same to me

what would you do if you picked up a pistol from your FFL and when you arrived home you realized the mags weren’t restricted 10 round mags?
going to the nearest gun forum and writing about it would likely not be at the top of the list

Unfortunately, it only tells me about how much the blood oxygen level varies during sleep. I think it has ability to give instantaneous readings, but not FDA approved so Fitbit does not support it.
garmin does. 24/7 pulse ox reading if you want. it's a fairly sizeable hit on the battery, but with garmin you're talking about days even with it on, so i guess it doesn't matter much. jury is still out on how useful this data is when measuring it during the day

The WHO is about as reliable as China. In pocket. Fuck China and the WHO that helped cover up the outbreak.
The Dr in the video clip is also from the WHO. Fuck China and Fuck the WHO for facilitating this global medical and economic disaster.
"Others say" Who the hell are these "others". Is that like an anonymous source with proof Trump colluded with Russia?
You need better sources that are not owned by the CCP, the WHO and China can not be trusted as reliable sources. They have their own agenda and benevolence towards the USA is not on it.
USE YOUR BRAINS!!!!
yeah i know. but your source is of course impeccable. how dare i question it.

you have to hand it to the dems, they've already won. pass unconstitutional law after unconstitutional law and it doesn't matter whatsoever because in the 7-8 YEARS it takes for it to make its way through the court systems, the law is in full effect. it may eventually get tossed, or it may not, but either way, the damage is done
