Under the new 10 round magazine law, would a shotgun like the UTAS UTS-15 be legal without modification? It's pump action (not semi-auto) and has two 7 round tube magazines with a 3 way selector switch that can go left tube, right tube, both tubes. The new law seems to relate specifically to a single magazine that holds 10 rounds, however you can feed from both magazines continuously making the effective magazine size 14 +1 in the bottom chamber.
