  1. unconfirmed info is just useless. it causes more speculation and more panic especially since she issued that terrible permit that is floating around with no owner to back up its story.
  2. in all honesty. this thread is becoming nothing but a full blown assumption pool with people putting in their two cents. this is supposed to be a thread for different experiences from people who received their permits or any other CONFIRMED permits not some random picture posted on an unknown permit with zero information provided.
  3. According to the monmouth Vicinage she isn't assigned to monmouth so she shouldn't be.
  4. I didn't know his permit was signed by the ocean county Judge. Is that confirmed? Ocean and monmouth County Vicinage are separate. Judge Rochelle Gizinski is the one who signed that ocean county permit with restrictions. There is no confirmation Ocean County signed his permit. Gloucester/salem/Cumberland counties has one judge processing applications.
  5. How do you know its identical? He never showed a picture of it, did he? He read it in summation while he talked about it.
  6. Why are lumping both counties with Daniel and his permit. He's from monmouth County. Not ocean county. He had been denied his permit when he applied back in 2020ish and he appealed it twice I think. So it's an assumption that they restricted him out of spit after bruen.
  7. Daniel's court order is four pages. The other order seemed to be one page with the judge's signature on the first page and no indication of subsequent pages
  8. Daniel is in monmouth County. The ocean county is not associated with him. It was believed to be someone else but not sure who.
  9. That's way north of us and you are in gloucester county if I'm not mistaken. https://www.uslawshield.com/seminar/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw39uYBhCLARIsAD_SzMQ1MWeE57HAAQ2L1Q6icE_u8kVuTTTNlHRbzQnRV5MTvGzgsl6TYVQaAl4pEALw_wcB
  10. Before accusing people of fake news please confirm your info first. I was just about to post to inform him about the monmouth County permit that has the same restrictions since he doesn't seek to be aware.
  11. your friend most likely got his before this one since this was dated 8/23
  12. strikeforce is aware of it. not sure what action they are taking but im sure they won't just sit still. Jay Factor is the biggest case for us right now which should remove the judges entirely from the permit scheme and lessen the dumb delays.
  13. no this permit was not employment related. the assumption by the majority that it was. it was confirmed that this judge who doesn't handle the permits issued this based on her own set of rules.
  14. How is it intimidation though? It's a simple fact. The process for the carry permit hasn't been revised so they kept the court appearance portion of it and it's a stupid visit with some stupid questions. Many people have already talked about their court appearance experience and none of them had anything unpleasant to say about it.
  15. It's a simple appearance. He asks your name and confirms information on your application and then states few obvious points on where you can and can't carry and done.
  16. u r far too kind or too naive to believe that its not the judges fault. they knew it was coming and even if they didnt. we are well over 60 past this new ruling, they couldve easily revised their process of approving the permits. judges do not need to be involved anymore since there is no case to be presented to them and they are issuing them anywway. they could easily excuse themselves from it and let the PDs handle it. so many things can be done to get this nonesense resolved and get people their permits. instead they are fucking around and wasting time scheduling in person meetings and adding some illegal restrictions that goes against statue and code and law all together because "they can"
  17. No. I have us Lawshield with no identity protection and I call them for questions with no problems.
  18. This is new to me. According to the status it only talks about the PD.
  19. I don't even understand what he says in that statement. Local PD have 60 days to approve or deny your application. If 60 period is up then it's deemed approved and must be sent to the court to get the judge's approval. Directive in 2019 was issued to the courts asking them not to exceed 30 days when applications are sent to them from the local PD.
  20. Really it isn't a deadline though. There was a directive issued in 2019 addressing the courts and asking them to abide by a 30 rule. That rule was never set as a statue or anything so they really don't have to abide by that I'm a way.
  21. It helps establish a timeline or figure out if the application is being worked on or not? I guess that's the train of thought here.
  22. That's a fact for the ones that received that stupid restriction on their court order. Which will most likely get overturned sooner than later.
  23. I believe money order is cashed at the PD level and not the court level.
