    I have the TLR-1 Mounted on my 1911. I don't and wont ever carry that gun, so no need for a holster that will fit it. I would not want to use a hand held flashlight because like bbk said, you have the extra hand for opening doors, calling the police, holding your child behind you back, etc. I would NOT want to fumble around with a flashlight in one hand and a gun in the other, while trying to do any or all of the above things on a normal day, let along in a shtf situation when your adrenaline is pumping. Having a light mounted on a HD gun is an absolute must in my opinion. But like everything else it basically boils down to personal preference.

    Thanks Griz they are one holded, so I'm safe there.

     

    The only info I've heard about nickel plated cases is that they don't seem to last as long as regular plain jane brass. Supposedly the nickel plating causes the cases to split more often than not.

    Yes Maks....it is amazing how this young lady has such a striking resemblance to Matt's mother. His mother was my first lay when I was 13....best I ever had. The stench was a little rough tho.

    Red the uniform tailor still around? I believe they moved from Massachusetts ave in TR/Lakewood but I don't know where to.

    New info...the white van should only have one plate on it,.....as officials found one left behind at the scene. I personally find that hard to believe, unless the van struck something ripping the plate off. Perhaps the accused stole a plate from another white van, and threw it on the ground before they sped off in an attempt to lead law enforcement in a different direction. Just my opinion.

     

    Anyway...and more importantly, "numerous" rifles and shotguns were taken from the residence and should be in the van, "use extreme caution" was advised by the monmouth county radio room when speaking with neighboring departments.

     

    Other items taken were electronics, computers, flat screen tv's, jewelry, etc.

    Home owners are stating the accused posed as flower delivery people. Possibly two black males and one black female now.

     

    That would be pretty funny if it was Latifah...lol her name is actually Dana, she comes in to the car wash in Freehold about every other week...very nice girl. She always gives me tickets to her local performances. She sings jazz now, very good artist.

    Occurred about 5 mins ago in Colts Neck Township, black female wearing a red sweatshirt, handgun was shown. Fled in a white van driven by a black male.

     

    I'll post more info as it comes in.

     

    Edit: Now saying two silver handguns involved, incident occurred on Deputy Minister Drive in the Due Proess section....VERY expensive area. Queen Latifah lives around the corner from there. Female is described as being 5'5" tall , heavy set, wearing sunglasses and a red sweatshirt with spiky hair. The black male is only described as having a scar on his face. The two were last seen fleeing in a unknown direction of travel in a white work-type van. Unknown registration.
