    I have a lee, seirra,hornady and hodgen books. I have a few rounds loaded already with 34+ grns. of the r7. my main concern is that whenn i pull the tigger they make it out the end of the barrel and hit paper. I can work the loads from there. What could be the worst outcome of too light of a load? This is what lee says to use in two different publishings. Its just not has heavy as other shooters posted on the net for the same gun. thanks

    If most books say start off at one point, and one random source says start lower, I'de start at the higher point. Does the highest starting weight you read exceed the max charge listed by the die set? If not your good to go

     

     

    To be more clear the only book i have with data on a 405 gr. jsp using reloader 7 is a lee book. The other is the data sheet that comes with the dies. Both the starting weight amd max load is 34 grains. Its just alot lower than some of the other loads ive seen on various forums and such .Nothing published from any manufacturer just handloads from other shooters. thanks

    I'm starting to load 45 70 for a new marlin stbl i just bought . the problem im having is conflicting powder weight info.In the books that i have and the data on the lee dies it says to start off with 34gr's of reloader 7. All the info i have found on the net say they are starting off in the low 40's and working there way up to almost 50 grains. Should i go off the dies . This is also going to be loaded with a 405 gr. remington jsp.

    I can understand one cop being less than smart and thinking he made some real big assault weapons bust,but not all of them. If the are arresting him because of the age requirement i think police would have stated that. I'm sure they dont evev know about the 21 thing. I didn't. Theres gotta be something else.I cant see a whole police dept. fugging up this bad.

    Ive had a ricochet in 45acp wiz by my head while shooting bowling pins.That was the only one out of 1000's of round at pins.

     

    Watch the bird shot. When i first got my moss 500 with the pistol grip i wanted to see what birdshot would do to a bowling pin from 3 yards...What it does is melt right into the bowling pin,and whatever doesn't stick to the pin comes flying back at you to only melt into you.hurts like hell :oops: I have to say i didnt learn my lesson , just backed up a few and put on the shades. Fun stuff shooting at pins.

    as much as you hate neo-nazis..

    as much as you dislike the message...

     

    at least THEY are stepping up to PROTECT the country when NO ONE else (the federal government included) would..

     

    if a Mexican American fireman that also happens to be a member of "La Raza" rushes into a burning building and saves a child does his pro-Latino stance make him any less a hero?

     

    if a black soldier that also happens to have ties with some pro-black group like the panthers saves his fellow soldier in a bad fire fight does that make HIM any less a hero?

     

    if the Aryan Nation goes to our borders.. and DEFENDS them when the fed fails.. does their narrow minded view on race change the fact that they are protecting us where the fed wont?

     

    I am sorry.. but i give these guys a TON of credit.. they are out there doing what everyone else WON'T.. so I think they deserve respect in THAT regard.. I tend to judge a man on his actions.. not his beliefs..

    we need to do this.if our government wont protect our border the citizens will.somebody here with i little better grammar and computer skills,should write jan brewer and tell her we have 500 :roll: volunteers here from nj willing to help her out.If we get the ok we will come :D Mabye shell mention us on tv.seeing shes on all the time.

     

    my thinking is if the government sees the citizens are willing to do it themelves they'll send in the extra gaurd.
