i saw a russian sks in sarco last month(i dont know if it is the same) for $400. It had some nice arsenal marks but someone drill the receiver for a scope.
For me that was the deal breaker.
The last show i was, the prices were between $300-$400
I was lucky enough to find a 1954 Izzy, unfired for $350 at my local shop last year and i still hunting for a 1949 .
Congrads on the purchase!!!

I was there on couple days ago for a first time, they had a nice Egyptian Maadi for $400 but they couldnt sell to me, they said itsnt NJ legal cause its an AK-47(it didnt had a bayo lug or Flash hider and it was NJ LEGAL). They carry most Century build rifles. They had Bulgy AK-74($499 but not NJ Legal)>I asked for the PSL($599), Yugo SKS($400) and Russian SKS($400) and they told me the same(cant sell to me cause isn't NJ LEGAL). I share with them the print out from NJ state police website on what is legal in NJ but they dont want to hear anything. I didnt argue with them. BTW the place STINKS!!!!!!
The price on their ammo it was more expensive from AIM(even after shipping). They didn't selling any bulk 5.45 either

I got mine Polish TT and cz82 from Todd at http://www.familyfirearmsandfinishes.com/.
He hand pick all the firearms himself from the importers. It will cost you a $10-$25 more but you know you getting a true hand-picked firearm.

i saw few times in the Egg Harbor City store the dude from Brick Armory getting ten's of Glock's for his store.
They also stop selling Bushmasters to civilians but only to LEO's

It was Atlantic county range, next time i see u i will give u the details. Do u still go to Cardo's?

I agree that Butch's is a great shop and i cant see them selling something illegal but my concern(if i was buying it) when i show up at the range and the people there calling the cops thinking that i have and AK47. (It happen to me with my VZ58 in a Atlantic County Range). The last thing i want is to have to argue with the local authorities what is legal or have to hire an attorney for $300 per hour.
Again the reason for this thread was to inform everyone(if you in the market for one) what Butch's had available for sale(at a very good price) and my initial shock to see it there.

i always print their ad and highlight the stuff that i want and the prices. I also use a separate paper with the items that i want and their part number, add them all together + NJ tax (make it IDIOT proof).
They always honor their ad prices with me.

Their prices on guns are a joke!!!$999 for a WASR-10!!!
They used to have great prices on the policy trades-in before the renovation.

Tony is a great guy, He also sold me my first pistol.
You get personal service and great price!!!And if you looking for something that they dont have, tell them about it and they will call you when comes in.
Also what worked for me, is if you pay cash Butch will take off few bucks.
