  1. I have Snap-On impacts and went to the Milwaukee for 1/2”. I still use my SO 3/8 14v impact with 18v battery with good luck. I also have a 14vv smaller 3/8@ thatnis great from SO. Depends on what you’re doing.

Hard to beat Milwaukee. Mac and Matco are rebranding the Dewalt.

  2. Wow. Just spoke to Ron about his daughter when I posted this. Hadn’t followed back up with him since the holidays.

Ron was a good guy and veteran who was exposed to agent orange. May he RIP andnorayers tonhis family. I’m going to attempt making the services after work. Anybody who would like to meet up, pm me and I’ll pass along my number.

running raffles and selling raffle tickets in NJ require paperwork and licensing. sometimes even at the town level as well as the state.  be cautious if you go that route.

I’m aware of this. I’m actually looking into what is required.

The pther option is to do it auction styke style. We did this in the past as well

  4. I think that’s the easiest way also. Just give everyone a number and do a random generator wheel. Kinda like the wheel idea.

We coukd also do multiple drawings. One for Ammo, one for the hi point. There’s also the possibility we could have more. So, let’s see where this goes.

since GFM lists donors on the right you do a "in" post in here, cross-checked with GFM's list, then decide from there how you want to run the raffle.

Gotta be honest and say I’m a little confused by this. I’m by no means a GFM guru. So if you could dumb it down for me, that would be great.

  6. I am not exactly sure how the raffle would work. Ultimately, we can do several things.

    1. Put it all in one basket and have people buy spots. Winner takes all.

    2. Football pool. Completely based on the scores of a game. Winner take all

    3. Raffle things and have 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

All proceeds go to the go fund me page via donation or we hand them a check. I’m open to whatever people believe is best. I’ve had a few offer services also, so I think this could be really great and we take care of our own.

Btw, thanks to those who’ve donated.

  7. Good evening peeps.

Ron Yorkovich’s daughter is having a rough go of it and could really use our help. Ron’s username on NJGF is 82ndAbnRVN. I’ve dealt with him on several deals and always a gentleman. Ron is a Vietnam Vet who was exposed to agent orange which doesn’t help their situation

what am I asking? Well, for you guys to donate. I know some will be cynical, but somebody doesn’t ask for help for their kids unless they need it. They are good people.

We’ve helped members with a dog, why not their kids? If we could get a donation or even a raffle going, I’d be willing to throw in a case of 9mm to start it off

please help, even if it’s $5

  8. I bought the Milwaukee hedge trimmer and blower. The blower I bought for detailing cars and don’t care for it at all.

    The hedge trimmer worked great.

I also use a Redmax 7500 Blower for normal lawn duty, scarf tiger cat and stihl weedwacker. So I tend to use commercial equipment so it lasts. This blower is not what I thought I was getting.

Shoukdve returned but but I took too long to decide.

A very impressive place.  Owned by one of our own. (with partners of course)

IIRC a few class 3 rentals as well. (don't quote me)

No class three rentals. Illegal in the state of Nj.

Finally a nice day out today - I cut my lawn down to 3.5".  Gonna throw down some more patch seed tomorrow before Tuesday's rain

Tensioner spring broke on me at about 1/4 acre. Need a new one today to finish up the other 3/4. Was passed.

At at least I wired up my trailer with a new harness and lights. Ended in a productive day.
