I just placed an order at powder valley. You can't beat their prices. Just find someone to split hazmat with.
Solomons in farmingdale isn't bad either.

I never shot an FN before, but last Sunday I got to shoot a 92FS for the first time in my life. I was surprised to realize that I like it more than my PX4, actually.
Beretta 92 is a great handgun

I have Dillon CG's as well as a ECW 4 caliber one. If I do get anything new it would be the 50 round one. Damn I wish I still wish my father had the machine shop, I could have made my own.

If you get the 50 I'll take the 4 off your hands.

I have Dillon case gauges for 9 40 and 45. Its actually a little tighter than my chambers so if it fits in there it fits in my guns. Any that dont fit the gauge get barrel checked.
I also check 1 or 2 randomly when reloading. They get dumped in a container, then I use the guage while watching tv. Then they go into boxes of 100. Has worked for me for approx 12k rounds. I may or may not upgrade to the block that gauges 50 at some point.

You might want to load those a little longer for the Edge. Also the chamber will probably be tighter then cz. So even more important to case gauge your ammo.

7th in Limited and 31st overall. Not too bad. Still got more practice to do.

I'm not seeing the Limited finals. Doh

I know I had 2 mikes. I dont think I had any more but will see when the scores come out. One was dumb because I tried to challenge myself and go for all head shots on the last stage. Matt said I dropped 19 points doing it. I could deal with dropping 9 but that mike. ehh.
Fun match, glad the weather held. I helped break down and rolled, had to make a movie on time. 21 Jump Street. Really funny actually. Was surprised.
Anyone going to shoot the sectionals at CJ?
-
Not a bad day, had some fun.
What squad did you shoot on?
-
On my way. Alec? Nick? As350? Harold?

It just started pouring. Damnit

Whoa! Ray Ray doing a USPSA match - almost enough to get me there.....but not quite.
Good luck tomorrow guys - bring your rain gear.
Adios,
Pizza Bob
Hey Bob, I've got this bridge from NJ to NYC that my family has owned for years. I'll sell it to you cheap.

I'm going unless it's raining

No Open/Limited = Gay
Blame NJ. If it wasn't for our 15 round mag limit there would be an Open/Limited match.

I bet they saw the big uptick in the business and said "why should we pay to be on a forum and then give them discounts on top of it."
Eventually this cycle will bottom out and the boom will be gone. Then they will be looking for customers again.

I use foam plugs as well. They work the best. I do double up indoors.
When it gets hot out wearing the plugs is so much nicer.

I guess I'll find out this Sunday. I might use my 92fs for the USPSA match at obrpc.
I made C class in Production within 5 months of starting USPSA shooting my Beretta 92. You won't see many people using one but that's all the more reason to use one, I like being different. I shot it enough that the first double action shot didn't bother me unless it was a really far target. If possible shoot at an easy target first so that you get the double action shot out of the way on an easy one.
I will be at Sundays match as well. Let me know if you need to borrow anything like mag pouches or a Bladetech DOH holster.

Yeah I followed the same video and couldn't figure out why the lanyard loop wouldn't push in. once I punched out the roll pin I realized the Italian and the US lanyard loops are different.
If you have an Italian just pound it out, American, push in the housing.
-
Does performing this mod increase the chance of light strikes?
Nope. The D spring is the spring Berreta uses on the model 92 with the double action only trigger.
-
The italian lanyard loop doesnt seem to have a channel milled into it for the roll pin like the US one does. Its just a hole drilled thru it so there isnt any play in it. You just use a punch and punch the pin out. With the US one you push the lanyard loop into the grip and the pin comes out easily.

Maybe lisa got elvis's score in pistol irons?
-
Just put one in last week when i finally found one in stock. Was your pin hard to get out? when i depressed the lanyard loop my pin fell right out. I thought i was going to have to punch it out.
My pin was hard to get out. However I have the Italian inox. The lanyard loop is different internally.

Harry or John may have done that for me. I don't care, just trying to have fun. I shoot static steel to practice for knockdown steel.
When is that? I wanna try it.

Thats what I did. Got my spring from Dave as well. He shoots uspsa at OB sometimes

Anyone know if there is a match? CJ website says all events cancelled, and to check the alerts for info.
