  1. They don't require you to clean up your brass, you can leave it where it landed. They do however require you to pick up your shot gun shells.

People should always clean up their mess out of consideration regardless.

  2. What they're saying is, always clean up after yourself. If you want your brass(and your brass only) take it...if not, clean up your brass and put it in the designated spots. Indoor ranges, push it forward(usually), outdoor ranges(like Easton) will have "brass buckets".

  3. Is the manufacturer's name written on the device? If so, remove it. Install ANY device you want and call it a day. No one will ever know what you have. If asked, you installed a device that is marketed as a brake. Call it whatever you want. It will NEVER be tested if it hides a flash by ANYONE.

  4. Were you in direct line of sight with the barrel to see it pointed straight at the guy? It could have been pointed at the buyer's 1 or 2:00(or 10-11:00) position to the shop worker and could have looked that way from a side point of view. And did you say anything? I highly doubt anyone in the business would allow a gun to be pointed at their head and dry fired...if so they BOTH need to be evaluated.

  5. By using the price request you've  opened up a line of communication...once a reply is given, it would be nice to send a simple reply letting them know was received. "Appreciate the information" Only a few FFL's actually respond so not like you'd be responding all day lol.
