If you can afford it this JP carbine in 9mm is a sweet AR and they make them NJ compliant. And uses Glock magazines!!!

Is this the one we talk about?

Knock down? Round count?

Thank you for the referral.
The Colt match target is an excellent target rifle
May not have that shinny stainless barrel, but they are tack drivers none the less.
I have one left.......................
If I had the money right now I would buy it. Do you take trades?

JT Custom Guns was selling a Colt Match rifle perfect for that at $815

hmm, always nice to bang out 6 classifiers in one shot.
The classifier match is in November, read again the email.

I bought a Chrony first and it is extremely picky to get it work right... I end up buying this one http://ads.midwayusa.com/product/852429/competition-electronics-prochrono-digital-chronograph and it works every time in almost any condition. If you want to buy my Chrony for cheap and live with the hassle let me know.

I like Shawnmoore's posts and what I can see is the same group (small group) of people attacking him. Shawn is always eloquent and respectful the other side no so much. There is posts and people that I don really like on here but I just choose to ignore, respect their opinion and do not antagonize. Why is so hard to others to do the same?

Do I need to hide my shotgun and rifle under a fishing vest or can I use a trench coat?

"Confronted by an agitated man who at one point lay down in the middle of a crowded intersection in Times Square, two police officers fired shots late Saturday evening at the man, striking two bystanders instead, the police said."

I would like to setup a 3 gun match at CJRPC using the GP range while working around the rules there, but to be honest, I think i'm going to just get fed up with all of the peanut gallery BS that goes on there.
I hope you succeed on this!!! It would be great to have a 3 gun match at our club.

I've never been at RSTP so I can't comment but I know very well Woodland Park facilities and staff. I think is a very friendly place for a new shooter in a top of the line range. You won't be disappointed or intimidated in this place. Have a great time at any place you choose to go!

It should not... Maybe a defective one.just ordered a new one... tubes only 3 months old and maybe 400 shots through it. can it really go bad that early?
-
That looks like you are loosing pressure there... Try to install a new gas tube.

There was NOT a positive engagement of safety. When fired the safety would push up 1/2 way. I am not a frigging idiot. ATI called me today and "The pistol has to be replaced" We will need 25.00 for a transfer fee and an FFL to send it to. Rick, I need some dealer help now!
Use TJ Sporting Arms. Tony is great and near from you!

If you cycle the action without any ammo with the charging handle do you feel like is getting stuck some where? Do you have another working AR? If so, how does it feel the strength of the springs in comparison?
-
me too, and in all honesty its probably not properly lubed. I used some cleaner lubricant to line the inside of the upper and the barrel but it was a light coat. Can that really cause a cycling problem though?
I think it can. Specially the first shots when all is recently put together. But this is only my guess...
-
Running out of ideas... Is properly lubed?
-
I don't think you have a leak. I more inclined to think that your gas block is a bit off center making the gas port smaller and as a result less gas for cyclingnope, the gas tube on both ends though have carbon build up.
ugh, I wish I hadn't rented a Sig!
