  1. I would recommend most of the SOG knives. But if price isn't an option, take a look at the strider folders. http://www.monkeyedge.com/Strider_Knives_Folding_Knives_s/147.htm I own one strider, but its a fixed blade and I absolutely love it!
  2. I have the 93R17-TR. It is an amazing bolt action rifle. I have owned it for about 2 years now and have had absolutely no problems what so ever, yet! I would defiantly recommend the 93 series if you are looking for a fairly cheap yet quality bolt action rifle. The only difference between the mark 2 series and the 93 series is the caliber, Mark 2 is .22 and 93 is .17 HMR.
  3. Nice build, Bravo Company was a good choice!
  4. +1 on the PWS FSC556 http://primaryweapons.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=9&idcategory=6 here is the BATF letter that states it is not a flash suppressor. http://primaryweapons.com/store/pc/documents/ATF_FSC556.pdf
  5. Local town and township departments are usually alot faster than the NJSP. I live in NJSP jurisdiction and it took me 6 weeks to get my P2P. Not to mention I am a LE officer and do the Firearm Apps for my Dept. But that aside, all places are different. Most barracks have 2 officers doing the firearm apps. It also depends on how many they have.
  6. Like some one has stated before, every municipality does it differently. The NJSP Firearms Unit has set up minimum guidelines of what needs to be done. Some departments choose to go further. I do the Firearm Apps for my department and dont have any problems. I usually have every everything done within two weeks, varies of course.
