    Baldwin was ONE of the directors, and in charge of making the area safe by that virtue.  It was reported that this was NOT the first firearm incident on that set.  That would tend to lead to a negligent homicide.  The one that provided the "cleared" weapon to him should also be considered for this as well.  

    And you are right, if it was Alec's brother, I would have felt bad for him.  Do you think Alec Baldwin would be calling for mercy if someone else had done it?  Imagine if the Trumpster accidentally pulled the trigger.  I bet he would have been fired.   

    The story isn't complete.  We don't have all the facts, and the media by and large cannot be trusted to provide all of the facts OR even get to the bottom of all of this.  However, ONLY the jury that should be setup would be in a position to make that decision.  

     

    This lesson that this does point out and reinforce is that one second of carelessness or complacence can be distastrous.  One person hurt, One Person dead, A son without a mother, a husband without a wife, and I presume parents without a child and siblings without a sister, etc.  And a man, no matter what a piece he is, no matter whether he is criminally or personally held responsibile, jail time or all of his wealth, etc. he will have to live with the fact that he has taken someone else's life.   Sadness as with any of these types of stories.

    Any Anti-Gun Actors and support people with those views should NOT particpate in any movies that use firearms, even prop guns.  REAL firearms and ammunition should not be used, especially by spoiled, dumb-ass, liberal, hypocrital actors. 

    Something about the Baldwin story just doesn't add up, however, a charge of wreckless manslaughter comes to mind.   Wasn't the first incidence and some say that the firearm belonged to Baldwin personally.

    A Ruger Six Series, and in particular a Speed Six is a durable thing of beauty.  In particular, I like the 9mm version and the Postal Inspector variety, but the run of the mill shooter rocks.

    Throw the dice...  If you have an FID card you are also allowed to drive around with an unloaded long gun that is secured and transported properly as long as you don't take it where it isn't allowed, such as a school parking lot, etc. . Additionally, that would also not be advised, as some peace officers and some DAs make up their own laws, and are supported by said judges that do the same and are conditioned and put in place by those with an agenda.  However, if you commit a violent crime, you probably won't even be charged with a firearm's offense.  Go figure.  The moral is to bring a revolver with no magazines.

    It is ALL like a jumbled movie script with compromsing and colluding actors... The SCOTUS is part of it.  Think of the Good Cop/Bad Cop Scenario, or perhaps a  Hollywood Western.  The show must go on!  Some play the oppressors (Obama/Soros) and some play those that pretend to act up against the oppressors (ACB).  No white hats and lots of black hats, but many are gray.  Some play both (little Lindsey Grahamcrapper comes to mind.)  It is all a cinematic distraction to appease and entertain the opposing sides as high noon beckons while they plan and perform the real train heist for power and against liberty and personal freedom in the shadows of their movie set.   And those actors that don't want to follow the script will, lets just say... be fired, like toasted marshmellows and Big Tech and the media will stoke the flames as Fauci and the rest of the loyal cast, giggling, eat BLM smores.  And the directors, yes who are they?, well they won't ALLOW any actors on the national stage that cannot be kontrolled.  ACB, just as Roberts, or perhaps that Moron munchkin from Kentucky, Mitchbag, well they will all play their roles just as the Wicked Witch of the West eats elitist ice cream by the fire, the flying monkey Schumerhead, or perhaps he's Shere Kahn lurking about in the shadows... those actors practice their lines around the raging fire urging on those like kompromised Roberts, all burning our nation and its Constitution down while sitting around the ANTIFA bonfire singing COVID campfire songs, Fahrenheit 451 be damned, and the brains, hearts and courage of the American people are broken and divided and there is no more Kansas to get back to and the scripts and plots, jumbled, play on... "top down, bottom up, and inside out".    Woody walks on checking his empty holster as sheeple bing watch, engrossed perhaps, bored perhaps, disheartened perhaps munching their CRT popcorn and sipping their woke Coke in a theatre that's being forced to close due to unconstutional mandates.

    That is what I thought, Stu.  I didn't think it changed with the new online process.   If they are still $2 I would suggest that you get at least (3) when you apply.  If you don't use it so what.  You may decide you want more than a couple or a good deal might come along, etc.  You may decide you want an additional 22LR handgun as well.  You are allowed one handgun in the Republik every 30 days, however, you can purchase a long gun at the same time as you buy the handgun to save on additional background checks.  And even though you have a permit, you still need to pay for instant background check (NICs) when purchasing.

    I have a bat-shit, crazy Progressive brother and one that should be more aligned with my thoughts.  However, he is being brainwashed as well to the point where there is no common ground (That is occuring with the corporate-indoctrinated better half as well)...   For example, he actually believes wholeheartely that "mean-tweeting" Trump legitimately lost the election. Nothing I can do but put distance between my two brothers and myself. It has gone much further than just Left and Right.  There is the shifting Left and even the middle is being labled and attacked as being to the right.  There isn't even a sliver of doubt deviating from the Globalist Religion.  And there cannot be for this great reset scheme to go forward.

    My parents are more aligned with my thoughts.  One is ultra-patriotic and believes that I am attacking her country when I point out the bad actors. 

    Just about ALL of this propaganda and repetition and DIVISION is planned.  And what is not planned is comandered and utilized, making use of a crisis.  Even the active support of Trump is being used to identify those supporters that will eventually have to be addressd that are on the list and who will at the very least need to be reeducated..    

    "Must get vaccinated.  Cops bad.  Guns bad.  Must stay home.  Trump Devil.  Fox Bad (Screw Fox by the way).  Must wear masks.  Must get vaccinated.  Cops bad.  Guns bad.  Must stay home.  Trump Devil..."  

    Those managing the intelligence, surveillence state, and propaganda wing are creating a new religion with two different sets of Commandments.  One for them and one for the rest.
