It seems that the "President Elect" Biden plans to introduce executive orders to ban AR 15s as soon as he picks up office. Does anyone know how something like this would work?
1. Will they force all AR owners to register their firearms like NFA?
2. Will existing owners have to pay a one time tax and be grandfathered
3. Put a $600-$1000 tax on any new AR manufactured?
4. Tax and place background checks for any ammo making the process buying ammo expensive and time consuming?
Lets hope that this never happens and Trump manages to proove the fraud
Thoughts?
Thoughts... Yeah, if the idiots GIVEN power in this country think the American people are going to let this happen.
It's too bad that Americans don't stand unified against this continuing tyranny.

Maybe the Dictator will shutdown the State for the week.

What are your thoughts? This will make 2008 look like a walk in the park.

Well he was not a loner and there with other friends and a loner might be a red flag. I would imagine that if the gun wasn't rented that he used one of his friends' firearms if he didn't own one. A range would be more inclined to rent to a group of people (having fun). Has anyone ever committed suicide with his own gun at a range when he could choose just about any place, unless he wanted an audience or wanted someone to try and save him (or her)?
I am speculating, but the problems we are having with our culture, government, media, lockdowns, etc... will provide a rash of shortened lives with the subsequent increase in mental illness.
I am not so sure I would refer to an ill person as a wing nut though the term is being used correctly..

Wait until it is $50 per permit. You'd want to use them then. i am not sure you could actually use all 6 permits unless you had something lined up and NICs was functioning flawlessly. I would think 5 would be at most the best you could use. Also, it is at the leisure of the police department to issue for another 90 days (for a total of 180) and that could make or break the usage of more than say 2 or at best 5.

Paul Harrell Rocks! I love his dry sense of humor. His site is a treasure trove, especially for new shooters...
This video isn't largely for beginners, though, but here are some thoughts during the ammo shortage...

Looks like it will be more fuel for the Malcontents, though. That new Kevin Costner movie, Let Him Go, looks good, too.

Yes, there is no tax. It is suppose to be an incentive for you to be responsible and safe. I am surprised the governor doesn't require a permit for getting one with the size listed. Don't use your price plus card.

Well, folks, train hard. My favorite carry position is Appendix. Here are some thoughts:

I don't watch HBO.

So, if you have a smart TV do you still need ROKU or another streaming device? I have an older Amazon stick, somewhere. All I really want is Newsmax and maybe OANN. I have cancelled Netshit. I hate using Amazon because of politics and a monopoly but may continue with Prime membership for free shipping. I can watch Tucker on Youtube and I can watch Newsmax, etc. Not sure if I really need a ROKU and what channels would be available. I do like the classic shows as mentioned in another thread.

Think I am going to get a ROKU to test it out. Any thoughts on which model and/or what to look for? Will the cheapest work? Different Remotes...

I prefer watching his leading lady costars washing dishes and folding clothes.
The Man Who Would be King was a great movie and I liked Finding Forrester.

Indy's' Dad will be missed.

You might want to get a 22 of some kind. Everyone should have a 22 revolver (double action) of some kind and a Ruger Mark of some variation (or a Buckmark).. Or, perhaps just get a second copy of your first gun (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). It may be impossible to find, but I would checkout a CZ, Smith & Wesson M&P, or a Beretta, or Glock. Sniper's suggestion to get an AR9 sounds like an additional plan. I would stick to a 9mm pistol of some kind. As far as rifles and shotguns... AR, Ruger 10/22, Mossberg 500, Remington 870...

Well, it is hunting season and walking in the woods season... I just picked one of these up and love it... It works perfect with my MSR Canister Stove. I think it is the MSR Pocket Rocket Deluxe.
Now, if I can just find some middle-of-the-road Constitutional Conservative Coffee and a nice Trump travel mug.

Suppressors are legal in some states on forms and tax stamps
Guy doesnt want to move to a free state, do the paperwork pay the fee and wait.
Guy tries to be slick playing a word game to get his toys...
Guy gets pinched...cause he's a dope...
Guy gets what he deserves as you play stupid games you win stupid prizes...like silver braclets ...
Don't be this guy or make him some kinda martyr for the 2A - he's a dolt.
Can you argue its a victimless crime?
Sure...however its still a crime till the law changes...work to change the law.
Guy wants his freedoms.
Suppressors are illegal in some unjust states and tax stamps are BS
Guy shouldn't have to move to a free state (he lives in the US of A), shouldn't have to do the paperwork or pay any fee
Guy is foolish because he cannot get past the "gotcha" goons
Guy's life gets destroyed since he obviously isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Guy gets much more than he deserves because we live in an upside down world (too bad his name isn't Biden)
I agree, Don't be this guy, his life is ruined. It is much better to comply in a police state and a post-Democratic Republic.
He will put on those bracelets and stay in jail, unlike the real criminals and the pathetic justice system that get released.
I do see your point though, and he and I and you must all try to comply to the letter and spirit of the law.
