All of it will be contested, but some parts of it will likely pass. For example:

    1. Level 2 retention holster or thumb break

    2. increased training and/or references

    3. Fees many increase, but probably under what they are asking.

    4. Some sensitive locations will remain, some will be shot down like private property and churches/synagogues/mosques etc.

Type of holster?   Is there a state approved method to wear a religious icon around your neck?    gold chain, silver chain, leather strap?  how would the state prefer you wear it.

  2. I would think that after bruen that there would be no doubt that all these attacks from murphy, houchl and the legislatures would clearly be civil rights violations and require immediate action from SCOTUS.

one example is the posted "NO GUN" zones,   to me , a statement like by anyone would be absolutely no different  than if they posted a sign that read " NO BLACKS" allowed,   "NO JEWS" allowed .    how many micro seconds would it take for the SC to rule it unconstitutional.

After reviewing the bill a little more, it's even worse than I thought. I ASS-U-MEd that it applied to PtC. This applies to issuing FID and PtP! So they are trying to prempt carry by putting what they evvidently hope are insurmountable barriers to PURCHASE of ANY firearm. Are they really stupid enough to believe that this is a viable end-around to Bruen by virtue of the fact that it isn't directed squarely at CARRY? :dontknow:

They are by no means stupid and they know exactly what they are doing and are extremely well funded. they are trying to buy time. probably the death of a SC justice

So now that they have fired their first volley are the 2A groups preparing a correct lawsuit to submit the second this is signed,  getting the right litigants who will/have be harmed  like in the new lawsuit in NY.   I hope Anthony and Nappan talk about this on this weeks podcast

saw this on NJ.com       interesting case.   I hope Nappan talks about it next week.     If this is a jury trial I hope we have someone on it so case can be nullified.   also sounds like the Mercer county prosecutor still doesent get it,  The Mercer prosecutor’s office argued against the necessity defense in the appeal, saying the man had not qualified for the defense, specifically that he had not been met with an “imminent and compelling” emergency.    This is a straight forward 2A case,  I dont care if the guy was a gangbanger or what ever ,  If he was not a violent felon he has rights

  5. https://www.breitbart.com/crime/2022/10/08/report-hunter-bidens-drug-abuse-delaying-charges-tax-gun-related-probe/

Will the outcome of the potential hunter biden case create legal precedence,   we all know that a loophole is going to be created for him by both sides for obvious reasons and my question is will that loophole, the "hunter biden" loophole if you will, (  like the "gun show loophole" ) be available for all.      although most of us know that what is really going on is to be used for is not to prosecute a meth head but to keep the big guy out of the 2024 presidential race.    will the biden administration legalize meth / drugs,  what loophole going to create?

  6. for the people who received their permits and were dated a month or so before they actually got it,  and the term of the permit is 2 years has the issuing authority committed any level of fraud?     you paid for 2 years yet you are only getting 21-22 months out of it.

same as buying and paying for 2 pounds of Taylor ham but only getting 1.75 pounds,  would Weights and Measures allow that?

Strikeforce should look at this as well,   The permit should be dated the day you are handed it just like your drivers license.

  7. ok,  they sent it back down to a lower court.   can a injunction be put in place util the lower courts begin the glacial pace of it working it back up,   what time frame are we looking at.     next,  whats to stop MA from classifying ANY firearm related incident as a felony to get away with this or any other state for that matter.

The fight needs to be about loosing your rights period any rights in my opinion.    unless you committed a violent criminal act and were convicted than rights should not even be mentioned.

  8. From the cops I know (hundreds)  If for some reason I had to disclose that I had a gun on me and they want to secure it for the stop I would request that if the cop who wanted me to disarm that if he/she/whatever were not familiar with all types of  guns to have a experienced firearm arm handler respond as I would hate to be shot with my own gun by the cop as they "try" to unload it.   dont know that exact percentage but if I had to say I would say that about 90% of cops only know the gun they were issued.   It's much safer if it were to stay in my holster.

  9. Nappen talked about this on his recent podcast.

I just dont know how this will survive.  Im sure the gun groups will file for permanent injunction within 60 seconds of this being signed.

The gun groups should be writing that suit right now ready to submit.  FPC, SAF, NJRPC , CNJRPC and s on.  I have been donating to all since bruen.  the time is now to finish them off once and for all

  10. I'm thinking that the communist governors and legislatures have figured out that by fighting this to a higher level court will only cause this ruling to affect all the states in what their perverted minds  is badly.

Delaware is going to be forced to "take one for the team" on this as if they fight it then NJ and PA will loose.  So as I type this murphy and PA gov are on a conference call with DE governor telling them not to fight it.

My NJ driver's license is valid in all 50 states and all U.S. territories.  Driving a vehicle isn't a Constitutional right.  Carrying a firearm for lawful purposes is.

I have brought this up in other forums, Pro- American governors in 2A friendly states should stop recognizing driver's licenses from certain states without first applying for and getting a " non-resident" driver's permit for that state.

States that do not properly vet the applicant for a driver's license should not be accepted as a legitimate form of ID.  You know the ones who issue them to criminal aliens with no SSN or legal documents to be in this country.

Turn their laws around on them, make those citizens go through the same shit we have to go through to carry a gun.   Make them go to a "driver's license reciprocity " website to see what the laws are and what states they can travel in.

  12. good luck,

Same thing happened to me,  22 years with a good doctor group with the same doctor.   1st obama care started the downward spiral and then chinese virus and she retired right at the beginning of that.

Now I am constantly on the phone trying to fix prescriptions with worthless pharmacy's and dealing with collection agencies because they screw up.

So how do we charger them with violating their oath?
