  1. I went to a company called Tac-Med LLC in PA.  Course is geared towards first responders but the Doctors who teach the class have various levels of LEOs on staff (municipal to federal) and they are top notch and definitely the forefront of this type of training.  I took Emergency Medical Response to the Active Shooter and Basic Tactical Medicine.

    Not sure of your current medical knowledge but some type of state certification would be a pre-requisite for the courses.


  2. Be cool, be calm, speak naturally, and volunteer little to no information.  My opener is often "Good evening officer, how fast was I going?" when I'm pulled over for speeding.....

    Side note, don't ever admit to speeding.  Easiest ticket to get out of if you do not admit to it on camera/microphone.  Most speeding tickets get downgraded to failure to wear seatbelt/obstruction of view if the driver is respectful.
