  1. EDIT: Just read through thread and noticed only VS/MC is good..

If you travel, or enjoy vacations, HIGHLY recommend Starwood preferred guest AMEX (http://www.wisebread...merican-express) .. Next up, any AMEX card BLUE CASH if you don't really travel..

Wife and I have had a couple of nice free stays at Westin's and W's through the AMEX.. it is really great when you have weekend trips that can cost you a 300-600 to stay in hotels and its free because of the Amex... and they give us free upgrades etc and we've been told we can use the points for other things if need be (airplane tickets etc). ^_^

*This is our only reward card and we are truly happy, and Amex has the best customer service also plus extended warranties included for all purchases made on the AMEX.

  2. Just out of curiosity have any of you guys with NRA or gun related stickers on your car been

questioned more by cops when pulled over due to the stickers? Example: Do you have a gun

    in the car?

I was pulled over for the first time in 8 years (and best part was with pregnant wife in car), for not having my front plate affixed. I bought a new car a couple months ago and refrained from it because the car looked nice without it.

Regardless, he walked up, and I know he saw the NRA hat since he peered in the back window and that's the only thing there. He let me off with a warning since I'm not some regular offender. No questions of firearms or anything else besides why my front plate wasn't there (and I answered honestly).

I also do not have tints or modifications to my car, and he did see me flip through PBA cards in my wallet going for my license (not sure if any of those had made the situation smooth and seamless).

  3. I got them on my tailgate. Fook'em. Wanna piss them off more. Just look at them and smile. Make sure you show a lot of teeth in that smile too. (If you got them)... Pisses them off big time. Then when they really get raged,, call in their plate to the pd and tell them they are driving erratically, cutting you off and using road rage slanders...

    :)

  4. I think my liberal whack-job brother needs an NRA sticker tacked over Hope and Change when he's not looking on his Saturn.

I guess I can understand their feelings, though. Because every time I see a Hope and Change sticker, or Obama/Biden, I have to see who's in the car to see what idiots look like. And, when I see kids in the car, I feel sorry for them... Not angry, or anything. Just trying to identify mentally ill people.

Time to start slapping 2A stickers over Obama stickers (j/k)

  5. I have pro gun stickers all over my truck and haven't had anyone say anything to me. I also have pro choice, gay rights, anti-Obama, and anti-Bush stickers though, so I guess I don't get angry people as they are to confused what to think. I do get lots of paparazzi taking photo's of the back of my truck when stuck in traffic though :p

    Classic. Lol

  6. Here's my stickers.post-1437-0-80819700-1367433746_thumb.jpgpost-1437-0-00858100-1367433707_thumb.jpgI was thinking of putting more and larger ones on. I am tired of people being afraid to speak out for what they believe.

If you're too pussified to advertise your position, you have no position. "Oh, I support gun rights but I don't want to get involved." Kiss my ass.

This post is directed at whoever fits the description. Thank you.

Nice stickers. My last car had stickers but after it died and I bought my new one, I'm sticking to clearly visibly mounted hats in my rear window. Maybe in 4-5 years when car doesn't look brand new, I will stick some on my car- have been contemplating a "Molon labe" decal on my read window though....

  7. Good story:

So my uncle bought a used large Newer SUV. As a gift I got him a nice 4" round NRA sticker which he gladly applied to his Cadillac (I was shocked and happy).

He told me less than a week after applying it and forgetting it was back there, he went to a store and in the parking lot some guy pulls up next to him and motions to him to roll down his window. My uncle does that and thought something was wrong and asked "what's going on?(or to that effect)". Guy says: "Nice bumper sticker (in a tone)!". Uncle says "thanks (smiling trying to remember what bumper sticker is back there)". Guy says "you're a sick bastard for supporting people who promote killing children!" - my uncle responds "really? You know what would have stopped that sick bastard? an armed teacher! There should be more trained armed people in America." Guy cuts him off and starts on a rant and starts to say "You know what I think about the NRA" and my uncle said he had put the truck n drive and told the guy "no one really gives a f*** what you think" and took off... He said it gave him a good laugh and he couldn't believe what kind of idiots are out there.

He's a lifelong proud NRA member and a good uncle of mine. :)

  8. Makes me want to put NRA stickers on my truck

Please tell us what happens after they curse you out and throw an empty bottle at your truck.

I have an NRA hat in my back window and commute 130 miles a day and definitely have had noticed at least two people who visibly became agitated at me when they saw it. I enjoyed watching them "draft" me in traffic and I made sure they stayed boxed in so they could enjoy the view while I smiled.... Those peace preaching liberals sure do as they say *cough-sarcasm-cough*!
