Here's their email to notify them of news stories.  Describe in a few paragraphs what has transpired.  Connect it with main stream media burying and ignoring this story.  Include link you have to website showing your history / updates.  I would be surprised if you didn't receive a reply from them.

    Done, thanks for the link.

  2. Vger9,  My chimney was torn down and rebuilt today.  He had to go down about 7 or 8 courses due to loose bricks and he built it back up to look like new.  I have to say his etimate was lower than I expected.  I would very much recomend him for chimney work.  He left my house with a clean roof and a decent tip.  HIs information is below:

  3. I am not even going to attempt to put forth the argument that Nick is.  But I will say that this is not your regular " I'm suing because you won't give me a permit" lawsuit.  This suit is about violations of the RICO statutes.  There is a much different set of rules involved when it comes to RICO and violation of constitutional rights.  This is simply a way for this corrupt court to ignore what he is actually saying with this lawsuit and dismiss it like it wasn't viable.

  4. As admirable this effort is all its done so far is show how powerless we really are when the lawmakers ignore even break the law and wont judiciate themselves when there is a demand for accounability. Sure hope there is more to this than more phone calls and filing more paperwork and mystery meetings. Can they just keep postponing into infinity?

This is a real world example of how if they can outlast us they win.  I was so excited when this kicked off.  Every day that I don't hear anything I feel less and less optimistic the process will bear fruit.  Right now I almost feel angry with both sides.  The courts, of course, because of the delay tactics and their utter lack of ethics and all the legal nonsense they put out, and Dwight and Nick because I feel they could do more to keep us updated.  I realize they have a lot of stuff to deal with, and if I get thinking about it I don't really feel any anger toward them.  They are working so hard to make this work for all of us.  There is just such a deep sense of frustration.  I just want to scream obscenities.  Fuck!

  5. Yes, the meeting took place.

Nick has asked that we keep the details of this under wraps a bit longer as there is now under way an effort, as a result of that meeting, to meet with a very high ranking official in Christie's administration.

Please be patient on this.  They may be blowing smoke, but we need to take every opportunity that may present itself.

    Thanks,

    Dwight

Dwight, can you update us on what the meeting you wrote of was? Did anything come of it?

  6. I am aware that my efforts will probably go for naught but I contacted the NRAILA people today to find out if they are going to help us in any way in New Jersey, and to  get them involved in some way with the Purpura lawsuit.  I figured even if they could just put a little pressure on the court to rule or help with some publicity or anything, that it is worth a try. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and took information concerning SAPPA/TPATH and informed me that he would send it up the food chain and get back to me.  I will let everyone know if I hear anything back.

I know...  this is New Jersey, they won't help...  I figured it was worth a try anyway.

  7. Hey All,

We prepared an update in the form of an online report.

It is too long to post here.

Please follow this link to the SAPPA pages to see it.

    See the report here http://www.tpath.org/what-are-they-afraid-of-.html

This is a tough struggle. But we have a tough guy taking on these ideologues.

The court would love to put this case to bed.  But they appear scared to take the step.

    Thanks all,

    Dwight

    Thanks for the update Dwight!

Was there ever a meeting as you described in an earlier post with an assemblyman?
