I'm pretty sure the 17 comes with 10 rounders if I get it in NJ. I know my CZ came with 10 round mags when I ordered it through a local FFL, but you can get/use 15 round magazines.

That's the only way I'll eat a hot dog.

Nice pistol. I bought my P-01 a few months before the SP-01 came out. I wish I had waited....

It's a shame the troublemakers get all the press, but safe, logical, law abiding citizens fly under the radar. It makes it easy for the average citizen to correlate guns and crime.

^^^This. My wife is NOT a gun person, but because they are in the house, she has decided to at least become familiar with them. She has been to the range a few times with me now and has warmed up considerably, to the point of requesting I find something that fits her better. I always have a gun magazine on my toolbox at work, have pics on my Facebook page, or talk about it with others. I dont care who knows about it, but I refuse to get into arguments about it, or answer the "why" question. I don't queston others about their hobbies or beliefs and I expect the same. I say put it out there, if people can't accept it, that's on them.

Hey everyone, figured I make an introduction post, just to say hi. I'm mike, obviously stuck in the PRNJ, and I like shooting. I should have joined this forum years ago, but I never had a real "reason" to, but I was recently linked to a thread about 15 round Glock 17 magazines. I figured I would create an account, just to join the discussion, since I have a vested interest. I am looking into getting a 17, hopefully sooner than later, but it's an out of state seller with 17 round magazines. I told him to sell the magazines separately, and just sell me the actual Glock. We'll see how it goes. I have no real problem with getting CA legal 10 round magazines for it. And before anyone says "just get a 19", it doesnt fit my hand as well and I dont want to settle on another gun that doesn't fit right(my CZ75 P-01 is a tight fit in my hand due to it being a hasty purchase). Maybe I'll see some of you around. mike
